Good food and generous portions. My personal favorite was the Chicken Poprika. We will definitely be coming back to try more of their dishes. Special thanks to Sayium for the cordial service!

Food was delicious! Butter chicken was delicious and creamy, the tandoori platter was great, and came out sizzling. We got the garlic naan and cheese naan, both were perfect! Service was great, friendly and fairly fast! I am excited to see what is in store for Namaste. Pullman needs more businesses that can thrive for the community to enjoy. Please come here and support, it will only get better and better!

Food was amazing, service was amazing, atmosphere was amazing! I’m so glad they decided to bring their lovely food and culture to Pullman (so happy that I don’t need to drive to Moscow!)

It was very busy today just cause they opened TODAY. There were people that left and people who waited 30 min to order their food BUT I promise it’s just for today. If that was you give it another shot before leaving a review. The food and service won’t fail you❤️

i’ll give them some grace because it was their grand opening. however, you can’t consistently fail and receive a good rating. it wasn’t just us, if you look at reviews you will see plenty of others with issues from opening night.

they didn’t give us water the entire time, we asked 5 times. the one time they actually brought water, it ended up being given to the table next to us. can’t even be upset though, they didn’t have water either. shoutout to the bartender though, they were the best!

we received our food in a decent amount of time. 4 dishes, 4 people, only 3 small bowls of rice. the math ain’t mathing. we also ordered two naans, never got them the entire time. luckily they were nice enough to remove it from our check. personally i’d skip the vindaloo, it was like they put tomato paste in water and threw a lil salt and pepper in it.

i feel bad for the table next to us, we overheard they waited for like an hour and never got their food. we actually showed up after they were already there a bit and got our food before them. they had to ask about it and then finally got it.

we were also asked if we could move our table out of the way to combine other tables for a big group. i feel like i at least deserve a tip for doing their job, but it reminded me of home which is chill i guess. felt like family if you wanna put a nice spin on it lol

overall i think the food was okay. i’m sad because i might be the first person in the world to eat indian food without naan.

main recommendations:
– retrain staff in how to run the floor/sections. beverages first, food second. when someone has to ask about it, there’s already an issue.
– focus on one task at a time in the order the requests come in
– proactively check on guests to make sure they’re receiving the things they ordered and aren’t left waiting very long
– better communication all around, especially between the front end and the kitchen to make sure things aren’t missed

i wish them the best, hopefully i can swing by another time and have a better experience!

Very poor quality food and extremely disappointing experience. This is absolutely not authentic Indian cuisine. The chicken korma was the worst dish I have ever tried — it had no proper flavor, the texture was off, and it didn’t resemble real korma at all. As a South Asian, I can confidently say this is not how our traditional dishes taste.
I also ordered kebab, and it was equally disappointing. The pieces were very hard and dry, almost like chewing small stones. It lacked seasoning and freshness, and it didn’t feel properly prepared.
Overall, the food did not meet even basic expectations. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for authentic South Asian or Indian food. Very disappointing.

We came in on Friday night with a group of five adults and two children. I called ahead of time to make sure there was space for a group this large on opening week and was told to come in around 7pm. We did so, however a table was not ready. We were happy to wait, but once we were seated things progressively worsened. We were not served water for over an hour. When they finally took our food it took another 40mins for the food to arrive and we were warned that they close at 9. Then the samosas the children ordered arrived frozen. The spice levels on the other dishes were not as ordered and water refills had to be asked for. The manager did come to our table and apologized for the experience and comped our meal since it was already after 9pm. I did offer to pay and do feel bad for the whole situation. The staff seemed stressed and frantic. There needs to be better processes in place for managing guests like many other reviewers have already stated. I also feel that with the limitations of the kitchen they would benefit from a more restricted menu so on hand quantities could be better managed and staff could more easily process orders accurately. I truly wish we had waited a few more weeks before coming in. I love Indian food and understand it’s hard to start something new, so I will be back and I look forward to improvements in the future.

Fantastic. We were there at a fairly quiet time, but we were seated and brought water immediately, and our server was quick getting to us as well. Samosas and aloo paratha were great, and our entrees arrived without a long wait and were excellent as well. Friendly staff, attentive service, attractive dining room, and great food… and finally Pullman has Indian food!
