The food was as close to authentic Pakistani as athens has EVER seen. The briyani was aromatic and light with the chicken having the perfect amount of spice to compliment. The chole was seasoned well. Masala fries were simple, but really hit the spot. The garlic naan was my favorite, it was SO flavorful. It was perfectly crisp on the bottom and soft on top with just enough garlic. I did not get a picture of the wings, they could have been more crispy, but were delicious and came with an interesting citrus/spice dipping sauce. the staff were attentive and kind. The inside was quiet enough for conversation and was decorated pleasantly. We will be repeat customers.

Delicious! Great staff. We had a few meals that aren’t offered in any other Athens restaurants, and they exceeded our expectations. Large portions. The wrap was huge. The flavors were spot on. Thank you!

3.5 overall. Food was good, large portions of rice and naan, enough two could share one portion but chicken entrees (Butter chicken and Chicken Saag) contained a small portion of meat). Best food item we had was Patakhka Chicken – would get again!

Tried the biryani. The taste was good, but it had too many spices. While eating, it started giving a slightly bitter taste, probably from too much black pepper and cloves. Other than that, the restaurant is nice and the food quality is good. Prices are reasonable.

We got the Samosas which were super tasty. The Garlic Naan is a must! We also got Masala Fries, Chicken Tikka Masala, and Chicken Biryani which were very authentic and worth it. Highly recommend.

The food and service here is outstanding! Melisa was an amazing guide through the menu and didn’t steer us wrong once. Hands down my favorite was the Lahori fried fish but I think you could pick anything and be happy.
Will definitely be high on my dine-out list and where I’ll bring out of town guests.

Visited Namak for the first time tonight and we were not disappointed! The food was amazing. We had the palak paneer, white karahi, and beef kabab karahi. The paneer and meats were all juicy and perfectly cooked, and the flavors were amazing. I also appreciated that they were playing music but it wasn’t too loud and I was able to still have conversations with others at my table. It’s a very cute spot and I’m looking forward to seeing them grow and open their bar! So happy to have this restaurant in Athens.

We were excited for Namak to open and to try it! The food did not disappoint!! We ordered the samosas as an appetizer with tamarind chutney which were delicious. Ordered the Butter chicken and the chicken tikka masala both were very tasty too. I definitely recommend the garlic naan, which has been the best naan I’ve had. Will definitely be returning to eat here.
