This place was recommended by a few people while I was staying here in Havre. Headed to their website, checked out their menu and placed an order for a Hawaiian pizza.
Very awesome crust with a lifted edge. Mozzarella is nice and layered thick with a little char to the bubbling top which makes it even more delicious. I wish they had wings. Pretty sure those would have been great as well.
One great place for pizza that I’ve had while traveling out for work or pleasure.
Definitely recommend a go at it if you’re in the area. Just to give you a heads up if you’ve never been here, the place is small off the side of the road and the parking lot is right next to it to the south. You might pass it if you’re not paying attention.

5 stars!!! We were on Amtrak’s Empire Builder and called to get pizza delivered to the train. It was so awesome that they were able to accommodate us! It worked out perfectly, and oh my gosh, the pizza was amazing!!! Love love love that crust and super cheesy with outstanding sauce and generous toppings! The crew was still raving about it the next day. Thank you so much!!!!

The pizza is excellent. The toppings are layered on nice and thick and the crust is still well-cooked.
It’s refreshing to have an interesting pizza instead of the usual toppings combinations. We got the chicken bacon ranch and the taco pizza. Both were fantastic.

Best pizza I’ve had outside Chicago! This is real deal Chicago “Italian Style” pizza. They have a thicker cheese, a bowl shaped crust, and even offer Polish sausage as a topping! More food than I expected for the price.

I stopped at Nalivkas for the first time while driving back home from Harlem. I was told years ago that their pizza was the best. So curiosity and hunger brought me to this takeout place in Havre. I wasn’t sure about the parking (I’m not from Havre) but found an empty parking lot a short distance from the restaurant. I was greeted by a friendly employee who asked if I need a menu and I spotted one right in grabbing distance. After reading thru the numerous choices-I settled on the House special pizza -small. And an order of 6 garlic dry rub wings. I did wait for about 25 minutes for my order so I hung out in their small waiting area. It was before dinner time and after lunch so I was the only customer there. The guy asked if I needed anything extra (napkins, parmesen etc. ) and then I had my pizza and wings to go. I did sit in the car because I still had some miles left to get home and my stomach was saying” feed me”. I took a bit out of a little drum stick and I will say my mouth thanked me for it. Then I knew I shouldn’t because you can still see steam coming from the small pizza but again Hungry…so I managed to eat a thick slice and was pleasantly surprised and now I will definitely be back.

A Havre landmark. My family has been going to Nalivka’s for 50 years. They have great sandwiches too. Have to have whenever visiting. Take out only they do not have a dining area.

Now here’s a wonderful discovery in this food desert…. This pizza is unique, almost a pie due to the crust and deeper than usual deep dish. The crust is literally pie crust like. The pizza I ordered was the Pat’s Original, piled with meatball slices, onions and a ton of cheese! If you like cheese, this pizza is for you. I can’t vouch for the other pizzas, but damn! Navlika’s is amazing and you need to order up a pizza dream now.
