Driving by Lakewood and saw a Korean strip mall. I decided to stop and check out the Paldo International Market. Rustic compared to HMart. I decided to try the bibimbap. classic style with egg. Nice portion of veggies and some sides. I always wish this meal has more beef but tariff & inflation is definitely cutting in to the portion served. I really enjoyed it being served in a hotpot and love the sizzling sound. Amazingly, even in a cold rainy weather, I was able to enjoy a hot meal and the food stayed warm until finished the whole yummy bowl. Nice low key place for a cozy lunch.

The 2 stars are for the taste of the food, if not it would have been a 1 star. Paid $80 for buckwheat noodles, bunch of spicy onions, and dried chicken. It was the worst. Probably the last time I’ll be eating here with my family. Use to be good. But went down hill. Just completely overpriced!!!

The Bimbimbap was fresh. The staff were very sweet. It’s a clean space but it does kind of smell like bleach?

I ordered the spicy pork bulgogi for takeout. I paid around $19.76, which included a scoop of rice and some banchan. It felt very light for what I paid. I weighed the spicy pork, and it weighed 9.4 ounces. It seemed like it had more onions than pork. Should call it spicy onion. Also, it was barely spicy and not really good. I also had spicy chicken from here before, and it wasn’t good back then, too. I don’t know how they stay in business.

This place use to be my favorite spot, the food is great however over the last 2 years the portions got substantially smaller and they put less and less meat but more and more onions. The price just doesn’t justify that little of meat. Unfortunately I’ll have to change places to get spices pork, hopefully they fix it and go back to how it used to be.
Picture of how it came and how much onions left after I ate. I ate some of the onions so there was more but why did they go down hill so bad….

Portions are so small and tastes bad. This was spicy squid for $18. Mostly onion and like 10 pieces of squid and it didn’t even taste good. Never returning.

This was some GREAT Korean food. They are most notably known for their Kimchi soup. My Korean friend’s father, a self-proclaimed Kimchi soup snob, was quoted as saying, “this may be the best Kimchi soup I’ve ever had, and I’ve had a LOT of Kimchi soup.” We’ve also tried their spicy beef stew and beef soup, both of which are very good. Such an unassuming restaurant for how good their food is and how delightfully friendly their service can be. Only problem with this restaurant is – they’re not open enough! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The food tastes good but the portion is too small for over 20 bucks(with tax and tip)food. Ordered a Spicy Pork But the food should be named Spicy Onion.
