Sorry to say we just had a very disappointing first experience ordering from here. Vegetable tempura greasy and stodgy. Tom yum soup was somewhat bland, with just chilli taste, no depth of flavour. Wonton soup was better. Soya noodles with vegetables was just noodles covered in a brown pretty tasteless sauce, very few vegetables, dry pieces of tofu. Green curry was passable but not the tastiest. It took almost 2 hours to arrive on Uber Eats, not the 50 mins advertised – not directly the restaurant’s fault (although they aren’t on any other app), but nothing at all to apologise for the huge delay. At a cost of over £50, felt like bad value. Would not recommend, and will not go back.

This doesn’t even deserve one star.
The experience and service was absolutely horrific and put us in terrible stress , what should have been a lovely warming family meal.
On a separate issue we had contacted the restaurant after reaching home , explaining our situation we had a hospital appointment and we were starving and we were excited to get home only to see that it couldn’t even feed one person because the portion size was ridiculously small . There was not enough curry with the rice , there was barely any vegetables and in defence she claims we hadn’t asked for vegetables.
The price is extortionate for this small kiddy size.
The woman who took our order is the same person who picked up our call for feedback and she was extremely rude.
The woman ends the call stating that we were difficult from the beginning.
Which is highly inaccurate. The first time we called was to enquire about the pricing as it was different from the pricing on the Google menu. She said that was from 3 years ago and so the price is different and we told her to update it , she was in full knowledge of this. As of now it still has not been removed.
This is not authentic Thai!
We were very much misunderstood and met with extreme rudeness, we simply called to give our feedback and they cannot take feedback very well at all!
There was no apology to rectify the situation .
We called back multiple times after we were cut off to just have our feedback heard.
In the end we regret having contact with this restaurant. It is clear to see based on these unfortunately missed reviews and our complaints today , that there has been no effort to take into consideration customer feedback or to improve their poor service.

My partner and I have used their delivery service on many occasions and enjoyed big servings enough for two people with a little to spare. Tonight we ordered Jungle Chicken curry, King prawn spicy garlic chilli basil and Dim Sum, to be honest it wouldn’t fill our kitten. Half filled small plastic tubs, extra runny..like a soup, Jungle Chicken curry and salty ..did I mention extra runny. We took pictures as we were so surprised at the quality having enjoyed amazing food, great quality and overflowing containers in the past. I decided to call the lady, who didn’t accept my complaint, she didn’t accept any issue with the food quality and the size even though photos were sent and half ignored. She said they always measure their food to the same size .. definitely not true on this occasion as we have ordered from here many times before. My partner and I are extremely disappointed with the reaction from the staff member who took the call and basically fobbed us off .. we are voting with our pocket and taste buds and will not order again. BTW Huge red flag ..2 stars for their food hygiene rating (Jan 2024), other posts have mentioned this too and only noticed while writing this review. Very disappointing.

Apparently, this is what their £7 worth chicken satays look like (ordered via Uber Eats). The portion’s laughable, and the fried rice we ordered had vegetables so raw they could’ve gone back to the farm. Safe to say, I’ve had better.

If I could, I would give NO stars. The young boy who served me charged 50p per container for takeaway and both he and his mother made a big issue over £1.50, even though I had just paid £35 for meals like as though they were running charity instead of keeping the customers happy. They were saying how people charge for bags. When I pointed out that charges for bags go to the Government but their container charge is just pocketing money, they became defensive and dismissive. I was born and raised here and never heard ANY restaurant charge for containers. Bags are fine to charge. Other Customers also complained about this. When I said I will be leaving a bad review and will be making complaint to the Council about their unhygienic place, their response was rude and aggressive, with the boy shrugging his shoulders saying, “We don’t care!,” while his mother backed him up.
The behaviour towards customers was unacceptable, argumentative and unprofessional. Read how other customers also complained about their rude behaviour below. My daughter was drinking her own water from her bottle as she walked in. They got abusive over her water and not buying from them when it’s her OWN Kid Bottle. All they care about is ‘money.’ On top of that, the restaurant was filthy, visible dirt on light switches, fluff on door, hand sanitiser bottles and even the chilli sauce on the tables. The boy was sitting on his phone while the tables were dirty. I had to ask TWICE for mine to be cleaned. People don’t order or eat there. Very unhygienic and full of filth. Crying over 50p like they need charity but can’t get up to clean the tables and chairs. Also, it’s not Halal. They put ALCOHOL sauce in all their food. I was feeling so dizzy so was my child. I will be sueing them and also be reporting them to the Environment Health (Council) on Monday. Now please read how they leave rude comment below. Will be showing it to Police and Solicitor. Absolutely don’t know how to give customer service at all what so ever instead of apologising and all customers, Police and Solicitors will be a witness to their feedback. I secretly took a video of their behaviour as well. Will be showing it Professionals.

Having lived in Thailand I can confirm this is an authentic Thai cuisine. I’m so glad to have them in my neighbourhood. Highly recommend! I’d say it is more of a takeaway spot though as it can be a bit chilly inside.

I had the Thai red curry with rice and it was absolutely delicious – full of flavour and just the right level of spice. The lady behind the counter was genuinely lovely as well. I watched her helping a few other customers adjust their dishes to suit how hot they wanted them, and she did it with real patience and care. Great food and brilliant service – I’d happily go back.
