Briefly: Best if you go here for hibachi. Food is delicious. I would highly recommend to go there.

We booked the table but didn’t feel like hibachi. It was our first time there. Unfortunately, there were only hibachi tables available and we had to sit at the bar. That upset me bcs we booked the table in advance and expected an actual table.
But we were replaced right away when it was available.
Also my husband ordered bento to have fried rice but he got just white rice. Apparently he had old version of the menu but waiter gave him fried rice.
WHAT I WANT TO SAY WITH THIS STORY: It really could be 3★ review because we had those issues. But! Everyone can make mistake and the most important thing that people, who are working here can fix them instead acting like everything was normal.
There wasn’t an option to book directly not hibachi table and that’s not hostes’ fault all bookings go together but I am appreciate that she heard me and moved us from the bar to the table when it was possible.
There is not waiter’s fault my husband got older menu but he still worked his best to fix that.
And it is very important to still give guests good experience even when something went wrong.
And the food… It is beautiful and delicious. Next time I am coming for hibachi! Very excited!
P.S. note for owner: it would be wonderful if you could make it possible to specify what type of the table gest booking through the Google Maps.

We have eaten at all of the major hibachi places in the Toledo area, including this one through various name changes. Mustang is, without a doubt, the best hibachi chef we have ever encountered. Everything is deliciously prepared and he knows how to cater the entertainment to his audience. We have gone twice now and specifically requested him. This restaurant truly has found a gem.
We like this hibachi place as we’re able to make a reservation (key when you’re a family of 6) and the service is always quick and friendly.

Ordered take out for the first time today. I got the Tiger roll, the Flamethrower roll, and just a side of fried rice. The sushi was delicious and so fresh. The fried rice was a little meh but who cares it’s fried rice. Filled my tummy and God willing keeps my alive another day. I’d love to come here and sit inside for a meal! The waitress was pleasant and sweet. Just from 5 minutes Nakama left me with a great first impression. ☺️

I had an amazing experience for my 24th birthday! Service was incredible, the food was incredible and our chef mustang was amazing!! ASK FOR MUSTANG as your chef, we laughed for thirty minutes to an hour straight. He was amazing. Thank you guys for making my birthday so enjoyable! The food was amazing, mustang was amazing we tipped him too! We will be back! My family all loved it! My grandma laughed so hard her face turned pink! Also I left a giftcard and they called me back to come get it so thank you!!

I came to this place twice within a 30-day period. Both the chefs were really good however on my second visit that chef was definitely a step above. I have had hibachi too many times where you get your rice wait for the rest of your food and everything starts to get cold. On my second trip the chef was able to multitask and cook multiple things at the same time. The rice was hot, the vegetables were hot and the meat was also hot. He also used less spice but it was still very flavorful therefore it wasn’t really salty. I will definitely return in the future.

The food here was a complete disappointment. Having worked my way up from dishwasher to manager in a Japanese restaurant, I have a solid understanding of authentic Japanese cuisine. Sadly, this restaurant’s offerings show a fundamental lack of knowledge.
The sushi was mediocre at best, but the kitchen dishes were truly inedible. I couldn’t get past a second bite of the fried rice. Authentic Japanese fried rice, even a simple one, should have a variety of vegetables and at least some egg. This dish had none of those—it was just plain rice with no discernible seasoning like hondashi or soy sauce.
The chicken katsu was equally disastrous. It was a flavorless, unseasoned piece of breaded chicken served with a few greens and no Japanese mayo or other traditional garnishes. The food here is not only inauthentic but also vastly overpriced.
It’s truly astonishing to see this place receive so many five-star reviews, which suggests people are unaware of what genuine Japanese food tastes like. If you’re looking for an authentic Japanese dining experience, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere.

the place is new. the food was great. I seen others review about portion size but I think it was perfect portions. The food was great & the table served 9 of us. we did call and make a reservation.
I wish I took more photos of the sushi & food but it was already eaten by the time we thought about it.
Service could be better but I understand many of them were training. they did ask often if needed new drinks and if we needed anything else. which was great. they had a bit trouble with the checks, we waited a while for that.
overall, we will come back! great food & similar prices as any hibachi place you would go to.

The food was great I won’t lie. However, the service could have been better. I observed a lady in her probably 30’s which I presumed to be the owner of the establishment the way she was bossing these employees around. Touching them and slightly yelling at them just to clean up our mess from our table. I was a little taken back and never thought to write something online about this but it was honestly just embarassing for me, them, and the employees. I took it upon myself to find out who the lady was and I believe her name was Raina. Super friendly to everyone but her demeanor towards a few of her employees sets the tone for a slightly messy atmosphere. Regardless, I appreciate her doing her job but there are friendlier and easier ways to set your employees straight.
