Glad I came here instead of getting tacos. The service was good, friendly server and the sushi chef was kind too. Not many of them actually speak to the customer. The sushi selection was excellent. Very well made, didn’t fall apart and very delicious. I actually ate all 3 rolls. Godzilla roll is my personal favorite. First time seeing smoked salmon, I had to try it and it was amazing! Nice smoke flavor, salmon was delicate. I personally thank the sushi chef. Definitely gonna try more flavors.

We live just a walk away from Nagoya (we are lazy and don’t walk), and passed the place by for a couple of years before working up the courage to try it out. You shouldn’t wait years. It’s in the Arrowhead area and in a little strip mall, but it is our favorite sushi place. The owner greets people from behind the sushi bar as they come in and occasionally sends out sample treats for people to try.

They have daily specials and a good sized sushi menu. It may not be elegant like some of the other nearby sushi restaurants, but the food is very good, and likely a bit cheaper. Sake, Beer and wine selections are available, and are not terribly expensive. They also have Coke products and a selection of Japanese sodas. I’m not much for soda, but I tried the Mango Creamy Soda and found it to be good and not too sweet. There usually is at least one or two families in the restaurant when we dine there. It’s great for kids, since it is ok to use your hands with sushi. They have multiple selections without raw fish.

We like to start with a Jalapeño Bomb, which is essentially the restaurant’s fried, Japanese version of the Jalapeño popper. We could make a meal out of them. Our favorite rolls are the Seared Salmon roll, Crazy Roll, Arizona Roll, Queen Roll, Times Square Roll, and California Roll. The Seared Salmon Roll started off as a special and apparently was so popular it made it to the regular menu. I discovered the miso ramen recently and have gotten to where I order it every time. Tender pork loin, perfect broth, and a generous amount of ramen. I like to add chili oil to mine.

Try it out. I feel like if it were in Japan, it would be the place the locals went to eat. It never feels rushed, and it’s a quiet place for conversation and tasty food.

I’ve been coming to Nagoya for alittle over 7 yrs now. The food is incredible, I love the owners and how friendly they are. They remember their regulars and take such great care of us any time we visit. The pricing is so affordable, it’s pretty much happy hour all day. What I would normally spend at kabuki is so much more than what I do here and the quality and taste of Nagoya is 1000 times better than any over priced sushi place. Love them ❤️

Stopped by Nagoya Sushi and had a great experience! The food was delicious, and the service was top-notch, especially with the owner personally making sure everything was taken care of.

I enjoyed the yellowtail sashimi, which was fresh and well-prepared, and the OMG Roll, which had a great balance of flavors. You can tell they put effort into their presentation and quality.

While I’ve had sushi at a lot of places, Nagoya still delivered a solid meal with great hospitality. The welcoming atmosphere and attentive service made the visit even better.

If you’re looking for a good local sushi spot with friendly service, give Nagoya Sushi a try! I’ll definitely be back.

This place is amazing. We have made this our new sushi place. In the last 2 months we have easily gone maybe 10 times. We have enjoyed everything we have tried, and there is still more ! It’s not just sushi they have other great options. Our favorites are the mexican roll, gyozas, and spicy tuna. The prices are way more family-friendly and still decent size portions. We even brought the kids, and they enjoyed eating here. The staff are very friendly and attentive. They do dine in or even to go orders. It’s more of a small family ran style place. They do not have chicken tenders/nuggets or fries, so check the online menu before bringing picky eaters. The service is quick. You are not left waiting forever. They bring out each item as it is done and not all at once. The dining area is a bit awkward with the bathrooms being in the middle of the restaurant, but other than that, it’s a nice place to eat. It’s also super clean, and the food is extremely fresh tasting. Even though it’s sushi, it’s not a fishy taste.

After a long day at the lake, we had a craving for sushi… We searched and found this gem and set our GPS to take us, we got advice from the navigator that it would be closed within the hour. We arrived around 8:15 and seated. We immediately got taken care of and got drinks . The food came fast and it was excellent, the service was superb. We ate the food and we were out 2 minutes before closing time!!
We will come back again!!

My husband and I absolutely love sushi and have tried so many places here in the valley. That being said, this was one of the best places we’ve been to. The sushi was extremely fresh. The appetizers were amazing. The service was very friendly and fast. I highly recommend the jalapeno poppers! Not too much cream cheese, which was perfect! The fried calamari was very good as well. My favorite roll was the Alaska roll. We will definitely be back again!

Great staff and sushi. I accidentally marked edamame instead of gyoza and they got it to me right away and even gave a little extra treat even though it was my fault lol. The gyoza was good, we got 3 rolls. They were all delicious. I wasn’t a huge fan of the garlic one but they were all tasty! My friend also got the spicy miso ramen. He said it was average but did eat it all lol. Overall really great experience.

This place is amazing!!! The Food is amazingly delicious and the presentation of the food is spot on. The customer service is excellent because everyone works together there. So when our waitress is busy with another table we are still getting acknowledged by other waitress or waiter. This is a great example of working together as a team! This place does get busy but it’s worth the wait for this family oriented restaurant. This is our only favorite place for sushi and we come and once a week to support their business!!! Thank you Paul and Leng for always treating us special.

Sooo delicious and fresh tasting ❤️❤️ and the staff are so helpful and friendly ❤️❤️ she even gave us a sample to try while we waited for our food but our food was soo fast to get to our table anyway ❤️❤️ just remember that there are no pictures on the menu, its a menu that you mark with a marker , so if your not familiar with a type of sushi then look it up on Google to decide if you want it
