Beautiful dining room and fantastic value for the quality of the food. There is a decent vegetarian selection, and a full menu including traditional deserts. Although we’ve never used it, they also have a nice bar. The roti were fresh and the dal makhani was so comforting on a cold day. You won’t regret stopping in.

I don’t live in Turlock, so ordered takeout on my way home. Everything was ready on time and packaged well. Samosas were AMAZING! Tandoori chicken and Tandoori chicken tikka were the perfect spice level and yummy. Chicken was moist and flavorful. Also had an order of Biryani rice, butter chicken, and garlic & chili naan. All very delicious! We will be back to dine it or definitely ordering takeout again on our way through town. The dining room was spacious and very clean. Looked like a fun place to go on a date night or with a group.

Buffet hours are 11 am to 3pm Tuesday to Friday and its such a good offer bc all the food is amazing, I tried a little of everything then went for 2nds with what I liked most. You get some complimentary naan and water. The tables and booths are very spacey and comfortable and the music is to vibe for.

Love the food! Best tasting Indian food in town and very generous portions. Come here twice a week. Chicken Tikka Masala x2 or 3, chicken Tandoori, eggplant dish, samosa’s and I love the chutney red sauce is just sweet and spicy enough for my taste. Daughter request Indian food twice a week so I’m a regular.

I dined in for the lunch buffet. My favorite food items were the fish Pakora and Goat curry. The spices and seasoning in the fish Pakora is super delicious and it has a nice crispy fried batter. Their butter chicken along with all the other foods at their buffet was delicious. They have complementary fresh Naan bread of your choice, either plain naan or garlic naan.

We’ve tried this restaurant twice now. Both times there were no more than 3 tables. The young woman at the front that seated us is incredibly rude and seems put out that we are there. Service is incredibly slow. The food is really great which is why we returned and hoped for a better experience. The waitress is constantly buried in her phone and fails to bring the check or boxes, we had to go ask her both times. She seemed annoyed we interrupted her. Before I could even box my food, someone came and specifically took the leftover sauces. I explained to him I wanted to take them and he said no, and rushed off with them. I let the waitress know and she advised we could not take the sauces we paid for. I protested and she finally brought some from the kitchen. Unfortunately, we will not be back.

Nagina Palace is our go-to place for incredible Indian food and it takes us close to 30 minutes to get there.
Here’s what we love:
1) Spacious seats and you’re never sitting close to another party
2) FOOD!!! Every dish we have is fantastic. Of course we prefer certain dishes but you can find something for everyone. Our favorites: Lamb Boti Kebab, Lamb Vindaloo, Chicken Curry Masala, Butter chicken. I’m a big fan of their chicken pakora and meat samosas with their trio of sauces for an appetizer.
3) Food flavors and quality is consistent and very reliable.
4) We never need reservations because it’s huge!
5) Service is at a slower pace which often requires us to actually sit back and relax during dinner. We’ve been here so many times that it doesn’t phase us anymore.
6) They can easily accommodate a party of 2 or even a party of 15.
Things I would change:
1) drink service is very slow and often has to be asked for a few times.
2) white wine not chilled
3) if you’re starving, eat a snack first because service is slow.

I had to update because I came back the next day as well. Food was fantastic and spicy. Oh man was I looking for spice and did I get some. Unfortunately, they didn’t have any butter chicken or Chicken Tikka Masala but all in all it was fantastic. For desert I got some golab Jamoon and I have to say it was amazing. I took some home and microwaved it and it was probably one of the best ever. The place had a lot of things going on design wise but I was too focused on my food and spice to pay too much attention to detail. The food was clean and seasoned excellently. I highly recommend you trying this place, especially if you like spicy food. The Naan was fresh, light and fluffy. $12.99 buffet, you can’t beat that. Fantastic!
