I’m not an expert of middle eastern cuisine but I am not totally in the dark. I thought the food was good. I wish the baklava wasn’t so sticky that I could hardly get it unwrapped. Otherwise, the food had decent flavor and nobody got ill. I will order from here again.

My daughter wanted to get a meal from Naf Naf. And the customer sevice was not pleasant at all. My daughter and I were next in line and the server took the customers that were after us. There were 3 servers behind the counter and neither of them ask could they help us. Customer service is everything to me. I work for the public myself regardless of culture or race. I treat people with kindness. I hope that corporate teach their employees the importance of customer service and how to treat paying customers.

Took my wife to get a quick bite.. and was very pleased with the food and the price! I got the chicken shawarma plate and it was scrumptious! I don’t recommend the baba ghanoush.. it’s pretty gross.. but overall a good experience!

The food is absolutely delicious. The chicken & steak are packed with flavor. The rice is so good…I can eat that by itself. The lettuce, toppings and pitas are ALWAYS fresh. The restaurant is very clean and the staff are friendly and professional. I have nothing but great things things to say about this location! Check them out!

Extremely impressed! Bathroom was clean. Was able to order meal and received it in a timely manner. Servers Maria and Abhinav have a refreshing attitude and smile. She guided me to order what I wanted to try as a new customer. She ensured that I received my meal promptly, as I had appointments to attend. I believe fast food should be provided in a timely manner. This parking lot should be full. It’s hard to find good customer service! I will return and advise my colleagues!

I placed my order through the app for pick up. I had the steak hummus bowl. It was amazing!!!!! The portions were adequate and the flavor was delicious! The veggies were really fresh and the steak was super flavorful. I called the restaurant to compliment them, but unfortunately they don’t have an option to leave reviews on their receipts. So this was the next best thing. I will definitely be back!

I went this location for the first time today 04/25/23 around the 11:00AM hour so I was in there when it pretty much first opened (open at 10:30AM). The service was decent and the restaurant was clean due to the fact again the place had just opened for business. My only complaint was even though the place had been opened since 10:30 AM and I came in around after 11:30AM there was no food available except chicken and the veggies. The chicken as a matter of fact was lukewarm and not really that hot. The veggie or cabbage was not really hot either in their serving dish. The sauce was decent but he reached into the back room to get a 2GO sauce instead OF pulling the sauce from the display dishes housed in the front behind the glass. Like I said, I entered the restaurant early right after they opened their doors but I didn’t expect there wouldn’t be any food available and properly displayed right in the front behind the glass. I mean a person can easily take one look at the food case and see nothing but chicken and leave the restaurant. WHATEVER IS ON THE MENU NEEDS TO BE PROPERLY SHOWCASED AND DISPLAYED IN THE FOOD TRAYS BEHIND THE GLASS THE MINUTE U OPEN OR SOON AFTER. IT WAS GOING ON NEAR 12:00PM AND ONLY THE CHICKEN WAS AVAILABLE TO EAT ON THE MEAT SIDE.

I’ve tried this location a few times and it’s consistently terrible. The lettuce is always very bitter tasting. This time around, the steak wasn’t cooked thoroughly – and I mean raw in the center.

I purchased a falafel bowl and some NAF fries for $15.38… 2 days later, my credit card was updated for nearly $31.00. They have employees there stealing by updating tips without permission. They get away with it probably because people don’t pay attention to their statements. DO NOT EAT HERE!
