Have been here a few times but most recently went back and the quality remains top tier
The pitas are always fluffy and delicious
The middle eastern pickles are just right, not the classic American kind
Super clean restaurant, super friendly staff and some of the best food around

I want to commend Irene the manager of Naf Naf Grill in Lincolnshire restaurant. She went above and beyond for customer service and satisfaction. One of her staff made a mistake on my delivered order and Irene made sure I got my food right. I haven’t eaten for the whole day and she just made my day and my tummy filled. Thank you Irene. You are one of the gem in Naf Naf. I highly recommend you to any restaurants that needed good quality customer service. You deserve a raise or high up position. God Bless you. I was ripped off by both Naf Naf and Uber. I couldn’t get an itemization. I was overcharged. I’m getting charged $50 on a $72 order, which came out to be almost a $100. It should have been more like $50. It’s hard to keep up with the scam artists. Now I have to dispute it on my credit card and Uber usually is great to deal with. I had a series of idiots working there. I was dealing with on chat. Naf Naf customer support is worse than the US Post Office. No itemization a no receipt before you order.

Naf Naf Grill in Lincolnshire is in a nice safe strip mall. It offers ample parking directly on the side of the building. It also has plenty of indoor and outdoor seating with a fair amount of space between tables. This was my first time trying Naf Naf. The food was fresh but they were too miserly on sauces and only give you 1 of the 4 different sauces they offer. If you want more or to try another flavor than just that 1 little tiny container they tell you it’s an extra cost! It was only after requesting to try another different sauce 2 times that they let us have 1 other with our full “pick 2 plate”orders. The purple cabbage salad option was way overly salted and after 2 bites I couldn’t eat anymore. I would suggest that whoever is making these items to taste it first before rendering it ready to go for the days lunch crowd. The cucumber tomato salad on the pick 2 plate was a good accompaniment with the meats. I selected chicken sharwma and steak. Both meats were ok (no taste) but decently proportioned. The rice was ok but lacked any real flavor. The large hummus was good however there was no olive oil, sumac, smoked paprika or any garnish on the top of it. Although it tasted very good, the picture on the order board wall shows olive oil and sprinkling of spice. We also ordered a large baba ganoush which had a nice creamy flavor with a smoky hint. Pitas were freshly made, fluffy and tasty. The falafels were excellent too; light, fluffy and great flavor with the tahini dip that was with my plate. Portions were very good. Staff was friendly but could have not been so strict and stingy about only allowing 1 little tiny sauce with the plate and everything else I ordered coming to a $30 lunch bill! The place was very clean as was the prep areas. I recommend the falafels and I would probably only order the sandwich not the plate for lunch if I ventured here again. All in all good experience.

Always impressed with the great food and amazing service. Everything is always so fresh and the people treat you as if you are family. Would love to come here again with family and friends!! Definitely an upgrade from Chipotle!!! And healthier!!! The app is amazing as well, easy to use and every time I order online my order is ready and fresh when I come in!!! Gotta Naf it up!!!

The chicken shawarma humus bowl is spectacular! The pita is also really good and freshly made. The staff is friendly and works quickly to serve orders to customers. Easy parking and good location.
However, I wouldn’t recommend purchasing any food items that are in the cooler right before the start of the line. Those items sit in direct sunlight for quite a while. 🙁

This place is seriously my go-to when I’m working! I make it a point to swing by every other week, at least. The Mediterranean food here is just incredible, I always crave it. Luckily, it’s super close to my job, making it the perfect lunch spot. Seriously, if you like Mediterranean food, you have to check it out!

One of our family’s favorite dinner spots. The food is good, sauces are tasty and spicy, and plenty of vegetarian options which is great. The fries are also addicting! The main draw is the fresh pitas as well. If you get a really fresh one on the side with a bowl you can make your own pita sandwich or just eat it by itself. It practically melts in your mouth.

Food used to be average, now it is becoming quite bad. I took a picture of the Falafel that they sold me today. Decide for yourself of this is “Falafel”. It is awful. The staff makes up new rules every time we come to get something! Including:
1) We can not put toppings on the side (they do)
2) Only one garlic sauce or Tahini sauce per order!! (I usually get both for the same order)
3) You can not redeem your points today
