For this disgusting sandwich. The guy with no expression on his face. Everytime have to repeat what i want in sandwich may be he has hearing problem or don’t wanna work. Even a child know sauces meant to be drizzle inside the sandwich not on the foilpaper.
According to other comment i think they have discriminating behaviour thats what i also felt.

Great Food, Terrible Service – A Confusing Experience
The food here was genuinely good and flavorful. It’s a shame that the experience was completely overshadowed by the staff’s behavior.
From the moment we walked in, the staff seemed unhappy and uninterested in helping us. We had a friend with us who had never tried Middle Eastern food before and was excited to learn about the menu. Instead of seeing this as an opportunity to share their cuisine, the staff acted as if our questions were a burden. They were impatient and offered no guidance or recommendations.
The overall feeling was that they were doing us a favor by serving us, almost as if the service was “free” and therefore not worth their effort. It made for a very uncomfortable and unwelcoming atmosphere.
It’s a real disappointment. You have a kitchen capable of producing excellent food, but the front-of-house staff are driving customers away. We left with a bad taste in our mouths, and it had nothing to do with the meal. We cannot recommend this place based on our experience, and we won’t be returning. Confusing Experience

Food is good, loved the stuffed falafel pitas.
In regard to service, very unprofessional and lazy staff they have zero interest in listening/understanding what customer wants.
As it is located in Love’s definitely noisy.

When I say the nastiest attitude!!! I just walked out mid way of the girl making my plate. I let her know I had an eye injury so I couldn’t really see and it was my first time at the place. All that damn mean mugging, lip poking, neck popping…deep breathing nobody wants that type of energy over their food! You would think I was asking to borrow some more money or something like dammmn! Beautiful young lady but that damn attitude is atrocious! I refuse to spend my money at a business whose employees can’t do something as simple as put food on the plate without the nasty attitude. You’re only dealing with a customer 2-3 mins MAX, if you can’t have self control for that amount of time you definitely do NOT qualify to work in the service industry. I wished I looked at the reviews before entering because the first thing said is the employees are RUDE! I would of avoided at ALL COST!
