Not a Damn Chance Burger is a collaboration between professional skateboarder Neen Williams and Michelin-starred chef Phillip Frankland Lee of Sushi by Scratch Restaurants and Pasta Bar. Bonding over their shared love of skateboarding and cooking, the two began crafting what would become their ultimate post-session reward: the perfect wagyu cheeseburger.

My opinion is that the hype is legit! Yes, delicious food costs more than garbage. This flavor bomb if a burger is worth $16 bucks for sure. First time having fries cooked in beef tallow and HO LEE COW, its the best! I’m glad we went, more glad it was even above our expectations, win win!

If you’re looking for a delicious burger that melts in your mouth & crispy French fries, this is the place. Yes, its a little overpriced for a burger and fries, but they are really tasty and hit the spot. You are getting quality ingredients and a good experience here, so I have been back multiple times. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the restaurant is a cool trendy spot where you feel comfortable. I would recommend this spot if you want to satisfy your burger and fries craving. Check them out.

Got wagu burger $16 (double 3oz patties with cheese, special sauce, & tamed jalapenos) & loaded fries $8 (smothered in cheese & more tamed jalapenos).
I’ve had better burgers in dive bars as this one was pretty greasy. Fries were good but I wouldn’t recommend the loaded ones.
TV’s playing skateboard videos around the place.
Order at the counter, find a table, & wait for them to call your name.
Overpriced

The absolute best burger my husband and I have had yet in denver! These are true wagyu burgers and they are so incredibly delicious! The fries are also amazing, what I actually kind of love about this place is there is a very small menu because what they do make they make very well! Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a good burger!

Gourmet burgers and fries were quite tasty. Atmosphere inside also was great. A nice beer selection too. It’s upstairs from the Scratch Bar.

Burger was pretty decent, nothing extraordinary plain bun and ingredients pretty similar to smash burger, couldnt really notice any difference for the wagyu beef versus regular angus pretty tasty, fries were delicious with the tallow beef oil like mcdonalds fries but fatter probably the highlight, got a burnt chocolate chip cookie little disappointing. But probably wont go back here, number one reason is the prices. for 2 people expect to drop 75-100$ for a burger most expensive place ive visited for a burger and frie. rather go to bad daddys for that price for a gourmet burger and be served. also the profanity in the menu isn’t really appealing.

Way way overpriced and not very good on top of it! I don’t know how they made a smash burger be both dry and greasy. Gross. So much butter coating in your mouth after a few bites.
The fries tasted good at first but then an overwhelming grease coating or something stays in your mouth.
Gross.
Hard pass.
The guy behind the counter was nice.

Not a Damn Chance Burger (NADC) is a simple concept — burgers, fries, drinks — but done really well. The NADC Burger, a wagyu cheeseburger created in collaboration between Neen Williams and Chef Phillip Frankland Lee, was fantastic. Perfectly cooked wagyu patties, great sauce, and just the right balance of toppings made for a rich, indulgent bite.
The Beast Mode Fries were also worth ordering, loaded with cheese, pickles, jalapeños, and sauce. It’s a small menu, but everything is executed with care.
Overall, I really enjoyed this spot. It’s not my absolute favorite burger in Denver, but it’s definitely one I’ll go back for.

NADC burger may very well be the best burger I’ve ever had- and that says a lot coming from my foodie family! The wagyu beef gave a chic element to the perfectly crafted burger. The burger contained tamed jalapeños, not even too spicy for my daughter’s mild spice taste, and the secret sauce complimented every aspect of the burger. The loaded fries are a MUST buy as well! From the beef tallow fries, to the creamy cheese topping, my family’s taste buds were in heaven! The pricing was perfectly reasonable for the outstanding quality of beef and overall burger. I must point out however, the lack of options for my gluten dietary restriction. I could not enjoy the battered fries, nor was there a gluten free bun available. The menu, though it was absolutely delicious on all levels, was very limited, lacking options other than burgers and fries. They also weren’t super accommodating to any specifications to the burger. The atmosphere of the restaurant stuck to the story of the founders, skateboarding and burgers. Rugged artwork and televised skateboard competitions filled the walls, and explicit music blasted through the restaurant, making this not a kid friendly atmosphere. Overall, the service and atmosphere did not take away from the fantastic food served, and I HIGHLY recommend this place! There is not a damn chance I would choose to go anywhere else!

Fairly expensive for burger and fries. $16 for two 3oz patties and $8 for beast mode fries. The burger was tasty, but I didn’t care for the taste of the fries that were cooked in beef tallow. Service was quick and the atmosphere was quiet. Overall a decent experience.
