Nacho’s Mexican Restaurant is flavorful, plentiful, and very reasonably priced. I ordered takeout and was in and out — just the way I like it. You can tell they’re quick on their feet and run a smooth operation.
The manager (or someone at the door) personally greets you when you walk in, which really stands out. It’s clear that welcoming customers is important to them.
My takeout order was packed perfectly and looked very presentable when I unpacked it — nothing messy, everything organized and fresh.
Everyone was amazing — kind, polite, and professional. I will definitely be making this a favorite on my Google Maps!

Great place! Walked in placed our order and had our food within 5 minutes. I had the chorizo burrito, large portions. I ate half and had the rest for lunch the next day. Highly recommend

The food here is so delicious, I cant wait to come back and try more. We had the nachos, quesadilla, churros, and my favorite; the tres leches was probably the best we have ever had! Staff was super friendly, food came out fast and fresh.

My friend who lives in Hopkins took us to Nacho’s. It’s a Mexican Grill where you order at the counter. No wait staff. They have a large menu with many, many items.
The service was prompt and friendly. The food came out quickly. Granted, it was 2:30pm on a Tuesday, so we were pleased. I don’t know what it would be like when they are busy.
I got the beef fajitas. Delicious. I loved it. My son got the chorizo nachos. He said the chorizo wasn’t spicy. Which was odd. My friend got the torta sandwich and it was plenty big.
The chips that came with the meal were authentic and delicious. The salsa was great also. I wish they had given me more.
I’ll gladly go to Nachos the next time I’m in Hopkins. With the vast menu, I’m sure I’ll find plenty of items I love.

Hopkins has had the fortune to have Nacho’s for year and is very lucky. Nachos has all the great eats you’d expect for speedy lunchtime runs or a nice sit down with friends.

This place is amazing! The food was so good! I wanted to lick my plate clean, but my wife wouldn’t let me in public. Was quick, friendly service. The restaurant was very clean. Can’t wait to return! We’ll done Nacho’s Mexican!!!
