I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and seated quickly! The people talking my order were very nice and sweet! The atmosphere is nice! Playing jams after jams!! For starters I ordered the elote jalapeno poppers they were great!! I built my own nachos loved them full of flavor I also got a lemonade to wash it all down!! Most definitely will be back!!

We always get the chips and queso when we come, they’re SO GOOD. We also tried their vegan restaurant week specials. The mushroom tacos were amazing, and the vegan crudo dip was absolutely delicious. So glad they opened next to Goat Patch!

In the mood for a margarita and some nachos we came here for a quick bite. They have a happy hour everyday, I chose the house margarita since it was only $6. It was great, strong and tasty. We chose the colorado nachos to share and made them surf n turf style! The meat was tender and not over cooked. They did a great job at getting cheese all over the chips, making every bite perfect! The bean tostada at the bottom was a nice touch. Overall the food and drinks were good but just average. The concept is cool but very expensive for just nachos.

We’re visiting the Springs for a mini spring break trip and found Nacho Matrix in a food guide at our hotel. We always prioritize smaller, local establishments anyway, but especially when traveling, and this seemed to fit the bill. We were here for lunch today and it did not disappoint. The portions are MASSIVE (like, we were STUFFED and still had some to take with us), and the flavor was on point. It was easy to request modifications (one of us doesn’t love jalapenos or pickled onions, so they made sure to put it on the side) and service was FAST. We enjoyed our time here though so we would have been happy to hang out. This is a really cool spot and I would absolutely return if we were in the area.

Its great if you had a few too many at goat patch and need something in your stomach but I would never come here specifically to eat.
Its just not very good. Everything tastes like it came out of a sysco or US foods truck and the few times I’ve gotten food its room temperature.

Love this concept! Casual hang out with delicious nacho entrees and other fun nibbles! Just what the Lincoln center needed!
Update on our newest visit since they’ve been open for several months now! Came during happy hour and was not disappointed! Got the Classic and some cocktails and didn’t leave a bite! Each chip was covered and had a great amount of toppings on the whole plate. Finished it to the last bit! Happy and satisfied!

Nice restaurant in an old neighborhood school! We had the Colorado and the chicken with green chile nachos. They were amazing! For desert we had the strawberry cheesecake nachos and churros. The strawberry cheesecake was a small order for one person but the churros order was a shareable size. The atmosphere was nice, not too busy or loud and had patio seating.

Who doesn’t love nachos!? And even if you do they have some other great things like quesadillas on the menu. I have been here multiple times since thier opening and I just love the food and vibes. It helps that it’s at the Lincoln Center right next to Goat Patch brewing so if I want a beer I can order to go and have it next door or in the beer garden! My favorite chips are the wonton chips and go to are the Báhn Mì. The servings are huge. One order of nachos easily feeds 2-3 or more people. Just was there with a big group and we shared 5 plates and there was still leftovers. Love the margaritas but my favorite drink is the Lucifer. Really recommend folks trying this place!
