In 1994, a crazy Irishman named Scunny decided to open a Mexican restaurant in a Polish neighborhood. He was a young guy with a big dream and only enough start-up money for a pizza shop, yet he was stubborn enough to make the dream work. The Pizza and Wing Factory was born and opened more than 23 years ago. Happy Hour with colleagues. Our waitress was super cool, well versed in the menu items. We ended up here on Taco Tuesday and I ordered a chicken taco and a firecracker shrimp taco, side of the yellow rice & black beans. Food was were very yummy! I had a peach crush for my drink and it was sweet like I like it. Everyone else enjoyed their food as well, no complaints at our table!

This was an awesome place, and the restaurant front was really cool. When you walked in, it was neat it had old wooden floors, a cool bar, and it also had a second floor towards the back that you could dine in. You walk in. There’s a large menu to the left with tons of options, and then you order , they call your name, and you pick it up.
I ordered the Big Daddy nachos, and they were incredible. The flavor was so good with the beef, and I could barely eat half the order!!! My wife got the Step Daddy, and my daughter opted for the Grande burrito. There were 16 of us, and not a single of had a bad meal. The food cost average $8 to $9 each an incredible deal!!
I would go back here anytime it was terrific

I had a positive experience here. The sweet buffalo-flavored wings were delicious, and the server was entertaining and suited the warm ambiance. However, the bathroom needs some attention, and I suggest serving the Birra Ramen with a side of lime.

Sadly, we just don’t think of Nacho Mama’s as an option often enough. We actually discussed this while enjoying our dinner here this week and plan to change that.
The location is good. This is a busy area. There is ample parking within walking distance.
The atmosphere is fun. It’s vibrant and kitsch without being over the top.
We had good service this night. The hostess was nice and quick to seat us. Our waitress was really nice. She had great answers to our menu questions and helped me decide between 2 dishes. It was not busy while we were here and everything came out really quick. No service complaints.

Garlic Shrimp – O! M! G! This was amazeballs! The shrimp were a generous size. The tortilla bowl was cute. The bread was soft. The dish, as a whole, was on point. The garlic butter sauce was absolutely scrumptious! Thick, rich, & loaded with flavor. I would go back just for this dish. Again & again, & again!
Steak-BOH-Tatoe – This was delicious. It could have used a little salt & pepper (easy to fix at the table) but I totally enjoyed it & would order it again.
Firecracker Tacos – Yummmm!!!! These were great. 100% would order again.
The drink was also off the specials menu, I apologize but I can’t remember the name of it. It was super tasty and we enjoyed it.
Overall the portions were very generous and we went home with a lot of left overs. The menu left us wanting to go back to try ALL the things. We loved you Mama & we’ll be back soon!

After entering, you can sit by the bar, or at a table. The sides are separated. I sat on the restaurant side. Decor is pretty cool to start off! They have a closed in booth decorated with Elvis and animal print.
The food is pretty good. You can tell they use fresh ingredients. I ordered the chips and salsa to start; very good salsa. I ordered the chicken quesadillia as my entree. The quesadillia was a decent size, and very good. The guacamole souce that came with it was pretty awesome.
Overall all, definitely worth a visit.

I order here ALOT love the food orders started getting messed up the last few times I was treated horribly by a manger named Joshua. 1. Occasion I paid $4 for guacamole I never received then the 2nd time I ordered a $2 container or salsa and they sent me two .50 containers of salsa. When I called about it he kept yelling at me asking did the store owe me .40..tecnically it would be $1 they owed me but that wasn’t the point. My order was messed up 2nd day straight and I order for lunch a lot and I just want this to not happen anymore. I pay for stuff I should get stuff or my money back. I really just wanted to be treated like a human. Maybe next time. In the pictures you see what I paid for the day before in the white container and then you see what they send for the same price the next day in the black container, and I was yelled at. Oh and please see the size of the $4 guacamole lol but it’s cool it’s good guacamole. I just didn’t like being yelled at. I been supporting this place for years these are just the receipts
I can find atm not including my in person visits which contain more than two people because I have five kids in my own. I ordered again and is the food is coming out burned and I didn’t even call because I’m still waiting for a call back. I think I’m just with this place all together.

Really nice bar and good bar service. Table service seemed a bit confused but was quick and polite. Our food was good but not great. Portions are huge so from our perspective we ended up paying a lot for food that we couldn’t finish. The tacos were really good. The the queso dip with chorizo was fantastic. The guacamole was also very good. We were not particularly fond of the chimichanga which was soggy and not very flavorful.
We would go again but definitely consider it more of a bar experience than a table dining experience.

This is a fun college/sports bar in Towson. I visited twice recently with my mother for lunch and we both enjoyed it. I had tacos both times (birria and pulled pork), and my mom loved the Sticky Burger so much, she got it both times we visited. Our waitress, Jocelyn was very sweet and very knowledgeable of the menu. There was another young, black lady with braids who was a bartender that was also very welcoming. The food is great and it’s a fun environment. Definitely a great place to watch a game!
