Nacho Mama was an unassuming taco shop with great flavors and service. We were a little unsure if we were in the right place when pulling into the parking lot, as there’s not obvious front sign, but the banner saying tacos along the road suggested we were in the right place. The food was great, though I didn’t think to photograph until almost done. Just well done tacos with different fillings. I went standard with ground beef, but my wife got a variety and I have to say that the Korean beef was probably the best. I definitely recommend this for any hungry traveler within driving distance.

Genuinely the best tacos I’ve ever had! Everyone is soooo nice and they’re super knowledgeable and accommodating with allergies! I am celiac and they were quick to assure me that many of the food items are gluten free (they also have tempeh to substitute meat and even a roasted root veggie taco for vegetarians).

Driving the northeast kingdom for a day, and decided to stop here for lunch based on other people’s reviews. I had the 3 taco plate, was able to get a different style taco for each, and enjoyed all. Great spot for lunch if you’re staying in the area, or just passing through. Not a date night dinner vibe, but perfect for what it is, what they offer, and for the prices.

The best tacos in the North East Kingdom and the price is very reasonable. This is a great place to get take out tacos, burritos or rice bowls. We usually eat-in although the space is limited. I’m GF and always get a three taco plate. The drawbacks are no liquor license (so far) and a very small menu. I think you can BYOB, however. Check with the staff.

My husband and I ordered takeout for the first time tonight and were definitely not disappointed. I had the Pollo chicken rice/salad bowl and he had the 3 taco dinner. Both were delicious with generous portions, fresh ingredients and great flavor combinations. Will be ordering again very soon, highly recommend!!

Our first time eating at Nacho Mama’s will lead to more times dining there in the future. We had wet burritos which were both excellent (one chicken, one beef). Friendly staff, quick service and great food. We will definitely be back soon!

Stopped after biking 15 miles on the LVRT and was very hate finch ghost new (for me) place. I had the Korean beef taco dinner (rice and salad) while my wife had the chicken tacos. Delicious and spot on for a great lunch break before climbing back on. It’s going to be a regular for me

Super excited to check this place out while on a gravel bike tour. Then I saw the menu. No beans??? Apparently they have tempeh substitutes for vegetarians. I will give it a try.
