One of our faves in Las Vegas. Visited on a Thursday night, no line. Food is fresh, choice of two soups, seafood is good but tastes like Old Bay, Tonkotsu is flavorful, seafood has a good selection, lots of veggies, meats are good, our server was attentive and gave us good recommendations, very friendly, they have no scissors!! Use your teeth!! lol. Sushi was good, love the deep fried selection and the fresh ones are very good indeed. Recommended, no reservations, make the line, they charge the service fee in advance and still ask you for tip. Your choice.

Have to go inside to add yourself to the waitlist. It was quite busy during prime time, weekend dinner but the wait wasn’t too bad. We didn’t experience bad service or long ordering wait times like other reviewers, so that was good. I believe the wait staff works together because food can be ordered through anyone with a tablet. Kitchen orders arrived to the table fairly quick. The downfall of the meal was actually the self service bar that had noodles, vegetables, seafood and sauces. I guess because they were so busy that the plates and bowls were not readily available. People just started cramming against each other while waiting. Was it the best AYCE hot pot and sushi? No but at $34 per person, weekend price, it wasn’t bad.

We love how they open late at night. We like their Hotpot, sushi, shrimp tempura, gyoza all the sea food like crab, shrimp, salmon, tuna, mussels and more. The sliced pork belly, beef brisket were also good. Salmon and tuna nigiri were so fresh and good. All vegetables, meat balls, fish balls and all kind of sauces you can find at the buffet line. All the Japanese menu like rolls, nigiri, chicken karage, deep fried sushi and more, you can order on the menu on the back page.

The meat portions are abnormally small, which wouldn’t be an issue if service was attentive, but servers rarely checked on our table. We constantly had to flag someone down just to place additional orders or get a soup refill. It made the whole meal feel like we were chasing our food instead of enjoying it. For a hotpot restaurant, smooth service is essential, and that just wasn’t happening. Overall, the food was mid and the experience felt stressful. With better options around, I won’t be returning.

Eh, it was okay. AYCE hot pot and sushi. Limited vegetable options, especially green vegetables. Biggest gripe about this place was the SINGLE restrooms for both men and women.. at an AYCE place! You know people are bout to be using them bathrooms and there’s only ONE per? This place gets PACKED too. The parking lot here sucks. Attached is a pic of a Sunday night.

Came with friends to have a decent meal. Love that they have the softshell crabs as part of their ayce. Like the idea of sushi and hotpot combined. Do not expect a high quality meat and/or sushi since they do both. But the food is good.

Nabe Hot Spot in Las Vegas is an absolute gem. The food is consistently delicious, fresh, and full of flavor, and you can tell real care goes into every dish. Everything we ordered came out hot, well-seasoned, and perfectly cooked.
The service is just as good as the food—friendly, welcoming, and attentive without being overbearing. The vibe is relaxed and comfortable, making it a great spot whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or sitting down to enjoy a full meal.
If you’re looking for a place that delivers on quality, taste, and hospitality, Nabe Hot Spot does not disappoint. Highly recommend and we come to this amazing place every 2 weeks!

I came here for dinner, and it costs 33.9$ per person. The sauce options were very limited, the crabs and shrimp weren’t fresh, and there was no ice cream available. It’s my first time here, and definitely the last. BTW we had just finished our last bite when the waiter rushed to clear the table..(快跑!不好吃!)

All you can eat hot pot and sushi in Chinatown and very affordable! Located off the strip, we came on Saturday for lunch and called ahead of time and it was not busy. We had a party of 5 and was seated right away. We went with the beef broth and nabe signature. I really enjoyed the beef broth, all of the meats were so good and delicious! It’s self serve for all of your vegetables and sides you want in your hot pot. So many choices. They also have all you can eat sushi and sides, the salmon and lemon rolls and the eel were so good. I’m getting hungry just thinking about this meal. The service was great, with all you can eat, each person gets an ice cream too! Gratuity was already added and you can’t get these prices in California! Located in a plaza, there is plenty of parking! Can’t wait to go back the next time I’m in Vegas!

Affordable average lunch buffet. Value for money. Skip the seafood as they are not fresh and full of sands especially the clams. A nice place for group.
