Great food and even better service. Seating is limited but the fast service makes it a seamless transition from customers finishing up to customers getting seated. This place is ideal for sharing or family style meals. We got chicken biryani, lamb biryani, beef seekh kabobs, chicken tandoori (not pictured), lamb curry, lamb chops (not pictured), and garlic naan. Everything tasted so fresh. The garlic naan was fresh out of the tandoor. Biryani was very flavorful, and can be considered spicy for those who can’t tolerate spice. Biryani can definitely be shareable between 2-3 people. Highly recommend the mango lassi, which is a mango yogurt drink that settles down the taste buds and balances out the spices. The remaining items we ordered weren’t spicy which made them more enjoyable. The chicken tandoori was good. Not the best we’ve had. Stars of the show were the lamb seekh kabobs coming fresh off the grill and the perfectly seasoned lamb chops.

One of my top restaurants in the area. I drive all the way from Richmond to eat here.

Some must tries (in my opinion) that aren’t as commonly ordered. All pictured in my image:
– Chana Masala. I order this at every indian/pakistani restaurant I got to and it’s NEVER as good as Naan n Curry’s. They use super warm spices and less heavy on the tomato than most places. This is a dish I dream about, and honestly would be my last meal on earth.
– Karahi paneer – such a nice combination of tomato, bell pepper, spicy creamy sauce. Goes really well with naan
-Lamb Vindaloo – if you like hot and spicy dishes, this is your go-to. Their portion of lamb is nice and the potatoes are so tender.
– Tomato onion salad – a “must-order” with every meal.

The service is hit or miss. The owner is either VERY friendly or seemingly irritated depending on the day. He also loves to try to upsell items to everyone, which sometimes annoys me. However, I’ve learned to appreciate his charm and know that he is really passionate about running a tight ship in the kitchen. Him and his team members are incredibly hard-working and well organized.

ALSO – please please note that not every Naan n Curry restaurant should be weighted equally. The one in SF on Irving street sucks – like majorly sucks. I know there’s some other locations around the bay, but I’m almost certain each location is individually owned. The location on Salvio Street in Concord is the only location I eat at and I will always stand by it.

I’ve been coming here for years, and it continues to be one of my go-to spots every time I’m in the area—especially right after landing at SFO. It’s practically tradition at this point.

The service is always friendly and efficient, even when the place gets packed (which it often does). Just a heads-up: it’s not the best spot for large groups, especially during peak hours. Space is tight, and it fills up quickly.

Food-wise, I’ve consistently enjoyed my meals here. The tandoori chicken has been rock-solid over the years—flavorful, juicy, and always cooked just right. The naan is also perfect every time—warm, fluffy, with that slightly charred edge that makes it irresistible.

I do miss how the Chicken Tikka Masala used to taste—it’s changed a bit and doesn’t quite hit the same anymore. Also had a hiccup when I asked for samosa chaat and was given two plain samosas instead. Apparently, they don’t serve samosa chaat, which was disappointing, especially since it’s a staple at many similar places.

Still, the quality and consistency of most of the dishes keep me coming back. Definitely worth the stop—especially if you’re coming in from a long flight and craving something flavorful and comforting.

Excellent food, great staff, and I love that everyone eats together. Prices are reasonable. Concord wouldn’t be the same without Naan and Curry! My youngest son has special needs and sometimes does some things that are not socially “acceptable,” and the owner at the register is always very understanding and extremely friendly. I will always spend my money here because of the excellent food they serve and the respect they show their customers. Please give this gem a try, it doesn’t disappoint.

My wife and I love this place. Whenever we are in Concord and want Naan and Curry this is the place we go to every time and they never disappoint. The chicken tikka masala is the best I’ve ever had. Whenever I eat it chicken tikka somewhere else, I always use Naan and Curry’s to compare to. The naan is so delicious, you can taste the Smokey flavor from the clay pot they use. Same goes with the tandoori fish. So delicious and that Smokey flavor is out of the world! Next time I go I’ll be trying the tandoori chicken. That is a must I try next time we go!

I ordered to-go, of dal, chicken sheekh kabab, lamb chops, tandoori chicken leg and fish kabab. Fish kabab and sheekh kabab were excellent. Tandoori chicken was good but could be spiced more aggresively. Lamb chops were a little chewy. Dal was good. Overalll its value for money. The taste is more tuned towards American pallate vs keeping it authentic to how it is prepared in Indian subcontinent. I will definitely go back to try curries.

Naan and Curry has become one of my go-to spots, and for good reason. The spice level here is exactly what I expect, bold enough to deliver a kick without overwhelming the flavors. Everything I’ve tried has been consistently flavorful and well-balanced.

I’ve worked my way through all their curries, masala options, and lentil dishes, and every one of them has been excellent. You can really taste the care they put into their recipes. Their tandoori selections are also a highlight. One thing I especially appreciate is being able to see the staff making fresh naan right in the tandoor; it adds an authentic touch and the naan comes out perfectly soft with just the right amount of char.

The combination of solid flavors, reliable spice, and freshly made breads makes this place stand out. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area and craving quality Indian food.

A must-eat-at stop when I’m in the Bay Area. This is a Pakistani restaurant and the food is pretty authentic.
We had lunch here shortly after I arrived. I ordered the Lamb Chops (because I love lamb), and we got some Chana Masala, Baigan Bharta, Chicken Tandoori, and Chicken Tikka Masala. We had Naans to accompany the main dishes. My favorite was the Lamb Chops. They were soft and succulent and just spicy enough. I also enjoyed the Chicken Tandoori. Reminded me of the Chicken Tikkas at Bundu Khan in Karachi.
The Baigan Bharta was okay…I think I make it better than them . The Chana Masala and Chicken Tikka Masala were good too. The Naans were soft and fluffy. Overall, a good meal.

We loved our food Everything was delicious The man behind the register helped us order. I liked this place for its authentic food taste. The parking was street parking. No parking lot. The Restaurant was wheelchair accessible. We will definitely be returning back to the restaurant. It’s like a home cooked meal at a family member’s home. Our recommendation is to try it for yourself. You will definitely love it!!! Just as we did!!!

Super busy at dinner times but the chicken tikka masala is amazing. Super delicious and filling. Best paired with the garlic naan imo.

Plain naan was underwhelming but the curry definitely carries.
