I visit Naan Club often, and every single time the experience is excellent. The food is always delicious — you can tell it’s made with care and consistency. The staff and management are wonderful people who truly go above and beyond to make their guests feel welcome.

On my birthday, they noticed me parking my car and surprised me with a beautiful Indian birthday song playing as I walked in. They served me cake, ice cream, and made my day so special — even though I was celebrating alone, I felt completely at home. That kind of kindness means a lot and speaks volumes about their hospitality.

It’s also worth noting that every Indian restaurant has its own regional touch. Dishes may vary slightly depending on the city and the community they serve — and that’s part of what makes exploring Indian food so enjoyable! Coquitlam and Vancouver locations often reflect a fusion style to suit the diverse mix of people here, while places in Surrey tend to be more traditional because of its large South Asian community.

Naan Club strikes the perfect balance, offering authentic flavors with great service and warmth. Highly recommend this restaurant — the team deserves all the appreciation they can get!

Another wonderful visit to Naan Club — honestly, every time I go, it’s the best time ever. My sister joined me for this visit, and we had such a lovely experience together.

Let’s start with my absolute favourite — the Coconut Naan. It’s to die for! Soft, slightly sweet, and filled with coconut, it reminds me so much of the gojia my mum and Mausi (aunts) used to make in Fiji during Diwali. That first bite brought back so many memories — and when my sister tried it, she was in heaven.

I also never skip the Vegetarian Samosa with Chickpeas on the side. They always ask your spice level — I go for extra spicy every time — and it’s simply delicious. The flavours are rich, bold, and comforting. And I have to mention their Papadum — served with a sauce I’ve never had anywhere else in BC. It’s unique and absolutely delicious.

The service, as always, made me feel like a queen — so warm and attentive.

And about that clever name, “Second to Naan” — I often hear people comment on it. To me, it means this place isn’t just second to none — it’s just like home, like the comforting food made by our grandparents. That’s exactly what Naan Club feels like — second to naan, in the best possible way.

So glad I tried this place! It’s a really cute restaurant & the food is also really good with tons of vegetarian options. We had the Veggie Pakora, Paneer Sliders, Vegetarian Samosa, and Paneer Lababdar. Also got the Honey Garlic Wings.

I would say my favourite was the Paneer Sliders and the Paneer Lababdar with naan, and the pakoras were really good too. The samosas and the wings were okay but nothing great. Definitely recommend trying this place if you love fresh Indian food and snacks!

Service was a bit slow (15+ minutes for the appetizers and same for the mains) and the portions sizes were small for the price. Furthermore, the goat curry was salty- though I understand that could be the day’s mishap. However the other dishes were tasty. The mango lassi was thick and creamy, The fish pakora was light (not greasy), the naan and roti were chewy, and the butter chicken’s protein was tender.

I wish there was option for Zero star.
We went on Sunday afternoon for lunch and ordered Veg curry and OMG! It was pathetic. Who puts sweet potatoes in mix veg? And we asked it be hot but it was not at all hot. When we complained about the taste, they made it saying they will use Lababdar gravy but it looked exactly the same only spicy level was increased. Really disappointed and might never go back.
We went just for romali roti but even that was not up to the mark.
And why mango lassi had ice???? Ice breaks the thinness of lassi. Please work on basics.

My boyfriend and I went for a last minute dinner this week and the food and cocktails were AMAZING.
I had the vegetable pakora and the vegetable korma with rice and naan, my boyfriend had the fish pakora and the mango butter chicken. We eat indian food all the time and this is definitely the best we have tried in vancouver. We havent stopped talking about it all week and cant wait to go back.
The summer sunset cocktail is delicious and is perfect to have with food. My only suggestion would be to lower the lights a little bit at night, it will really add to the experience.

We had late dinner. We
Enjoyed everything we order. We love the beef buryani and coconut naan the most. Fast and friendly service too. Food was presented nicely although we find the price high for its serving size.

Good food, good chai. The masala fries were ok, the tandoori sliders were ok too, found them a bit tough. Veg pakoras were very nice. Good service, but noisy once it got busy. Plants would be a nice touch. Also the “Your second to naan” sign should read “you’re second to naan” typo is annoying to a teacher. Oh well.

Went to dine today with bunch of friends. Points to note, the portions were small in comparison to the prices, especially Naan. Keeping that aside the food did not taste good, considering that we usually consume Indian dishes. Butter chicken was not the taste one would go for, coming from a butter chicken fan. Overall experience I would say as unsatisfactory.

If you’re looking for some great vibe, reunion, and some amazing Indian food, this is the place!

They offer a lot of options and the customer service was quite friendly despite our parties of 8. You cannot go wrong with a curry and some garlic naans at this place.
