We wanted soup and an appetizer for dinner, we stopped by Naan Indian Restaurant. We went on Saturday evening, and the restaurant was quite busy.

We got seated, but it took about 10 minutes for the server to bring the menu. After looking it over, we waited another 10 minutes before server finally took our order.

We ordered the Chicken Man Chow Soup, Street Style Fried Rice, and Nimbu Soda from the menu. First, the Man Chow Soup and Nimbu Soda arrived. The Man Chow Soup was really good, delicious, and tasty. The Nimbu Soda was also great. Both soup and soda were good.

Then we had the Street Style Fried Rice, which wasn’t quite what we were expecting from fried rice.

I’m a huge fan of the eggplant chaat appetizer. And getting the butter naam in the right texture and temperature is something I like about this please. I enjoy the chettinad as main dish. Especially I appreciate it the service that they gave us, when some of my friends ask for mild food they had options for them. So if you want really good Indian food and you’re close to Mount Pleasant, give it a try, I’m pretty sure you’re gonna like it!!

Nice vibes and aesthetic. The food was authentic and delicious, with generous, heavy portions. It was more than I could eat in one setting!
Highly recommend garlic naan and mango lassi (best mango lassi I’ve ever had!)

The vibe is great the service was on point and friendly and the food was so flavorful and delicious that we will be back again.

Nakita and everyone who served us were so happy and friendly 🙂

Food had great flavor and spice! Got the tikka, vindaloo, and the lamb “biriya” < that one was extra hot.

Thank you, come again

Some of the best, if not the best Indian food in town! Naan took over from another great Thai spot next to whole foods, but it’s so good I’d say im not disappointed.

We started with the Plain Dosa which comes with 3 delicious sauces. My wife and I could have just had 2 of these for lunch alone. My wife got the Lamb Korma w/naan and i got the Indo-Chinese style Street Hakka Noodles with chicken. Im not sure which was better. The korma was rich and delicious, as good as anything around. The noodles were equally as satisfying, fresh, not overly sauced, and done pan-fried Wok style. Washed it down with some Indian Craft beer.
Giving it 5 stars based on being a strong value, as good if not better, and cheaper than the Indian food competition in the area. Would return.

Nikita is wonderful and careful and considerate of my special requests and explains the dishes well. She was smiling so brightly.
I needed gluten free options and she was so helpful. This restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere and very good food. It’s friendly to those needing mild spices and also lovers of hot hot spice! Come here for very high quality Indian food and attentive service.

Our first time and Naan was amazing – we’ll be back very soon!!! The okra fries and the Chef Special Paneer Roll up Curry (Paneer stuffed with spinach in this fabulous sauce) were definitely highlights. There was enough sauce leftover that we are having it tonight added air fried tofu. And if the food wasn’t enough the decor is also beautiful and they have an outside patio. Our waiter was very helpful in assisting us. I highly, highly recommend!

First time in but not last because there are so many more dishes I want to try.
We stared with the Smoked Masala ribs which were EXCELLENT!
Then we shared Paneer pasadan and Lamb Rogan Josh (curry) both also super flavorful! We were full but I saw they had kulfi so I ordered the mango kulfi.
Very good!!!
Service was friendly and on point.
Definitely need to come back and try more dishes
