ABOUT US NAHA THAI KITCHEN The taste of Thai food comes mainly from wide range of flavor ingredients. The blending of spices & herbs, fresh vegetables, variety of meats, coconut milk, fish sauce, soy sauce, palm sugar, and curry paste which vary from region to region contributes to the harmonious tastes unique for each dish. As Australian chef David Thomson, a prolific chef and expert on Thai food said “Thai cooking places emphasis on lightly prepared dishes with strong aromatic component and spicy edge. It is known for its complex interplay of at least three and up to four or five fundamental taste senses in each dish or the overall meal: sour, sweet, salty, bitter and spicy” NA-HA-THAI’S KITCHEN is the only take out Thai restaurant in G
Family-owned outpost with outdoor seating & a modest interior serving classic Thai dishes.

Call ahead of time for big orders! They are very busy at dinner.
Usually 15-20min wait for walk-in single orders.
Their history from the farmers market shows in their consistency to highlight their vegetables, cooked just right, while maintaining the authentic flavours and style of Thai dishes.
Notable dishes is their hang lay, fried rice and any noodle dish really. You can even see into the kitchen sometimes and there’s about 5-6 people working seamlessly together. And everyone looks happy and focused.
Price wise is standard, sure you could get a fried rice for $15 at some generic Chinese-Thai takeout place , but would you pay slightly more to be completely satisfied/blown away with your meal? I sure will, especially when I’m missing local Thai food.
It’s ironic that Guelph’s only 2 Thai(shoutout Makin) restaurants are very good and authentically tasting. They’ve bested some Toronto/scarborough staples and it seems it could be a good sign for Guelphs’ food scene.
I can’t support this place enough.
If you haven’t already been, you HAVE to go!
