The service was a standout: friendly, attentive, and welcoming. My personal favorites were the hamburger, which was perfectly executed, and the bread pudding, a comforting treat that hit all the right notes. Every dish we tried was great, but those two stole the show for me.
If I could, I’d rate N17 The Lane a 4.5 out of 5, but since half-points aren’t an option, I’m happily rounding up to a 5. The exceptional service and warm atmosphere tipped the scales. It’s a cute, charming place that’s well worth a visit!
!
The highlight was the fries – extra crispy and thin with a variety of dipping sauces.
The other entrees weren’t great. I asked if the Caesar salad would go well with Jerk chicken and was assured that yes, it would. However the flavors ended up clashing in the end and it was not the best salad experience. The char sou banh mi is really unique and large, but we didn’t love the flavor compared to a regular banh mi.
One draw of this restaurant is that it’s covered in TVs always playing sports. If you come here to enjoy a big sports game, you can probably expect a lively and fun atmosphere with good viewing from any seat!
The service was spectacular, and the food was super delicious. We stopped by after discovering their happy hour menu. The owner was very personable and gave great recommendations.
The burger is a must-try! Perfectly seasoned and the fries were cut very specially that made them super crispy.
The creamy mushroom pasta surpassed my expectations. Very light but filling. The portion size is no joke!
We will definitely be back to visit soon. Don’t miss out on this super cute sportsbar/pub! The decor inside is very boho yet elegant.
The place was pretty busy every Friday night so reservation might work best when you’re coming in bigger group. Waiting time was relatively lengthy though to get served and having all orders ready. I did appreciate the busy attendant who tried his best to still make us having great experience!
I had their Char Siu Banh Mi, which surprisingly tasted beyond my expectations. Very well seasoned, juicy meat, and I loved the spicy kick from the jalapeño. The size was pretty filling as well for the price!
My friends and I got the Skillet Cookie for dessert, closing our dinner flawlessly as it’s freshly baked so still impeccably warm and gooey. Served a la mode, Oohhh. DA BOMB!
