The food was amazing! All the food was fresh and full of flavor including the chips and guacamole. Especially the horchata. I have never had more authentic horchata in my life. The waitress was extremely friendly too, she really made you feel welcome. I definitely recommend this place

Ate there for the first time the other day. The food was GREAT. Service was fast and friendly. Every bite of our meal was full of flavor and our meals came out quickly.
Chile relleno are made with poblano peppers where some use bell peppers(poblano is more authentic).
Their pollo loco is my absolute favorite. Cheese dip and guacamole are great too. Everything was hot and fresh.

I want to give this place 6 stars out of 5, is that possible? This is one of those little mom-n-pop kind of places that I love. We were sent here after walking into a different mexican joint just down the road that was more like a Qdoba – though their A/C was out and the huge fan didn’t help.
So, we ended up driving to Rancho Nuevo and were scared at first – one car in the lot, no one outside on the giant patio. Were they even open? I tried the door and they greeted us with giant smiles. There were only 2-3 people working, though with only that other table being the only other customers, it worked out fine.
The ladies were very attentive, kept checking on us, refilling waters, chatting. I just wanted to stay forever. I wanted to help them build their restaurant business back up. I only assume it was slow because of the whole, darn ‘rona thing.
Food was great! Margaritas were great! It was my first time in town and my first time here – obviously, I would gladly return. 🙂

Great food but the most awful service. When the waiter came, we asked to order our food right away and he refused. Then while we were halfway thro our order, he seen someone walk in and went to seat them. Totally forgot he didn’t take the rest of our order. Also asked for more chips and salsa and never got any.
