What?
I got the combo meal and also their fried rice special. The combo meal was a main side and any soup. I love that you are able to pick any of the soups on their soup menu vs just the tofu soup! I picked the duk manguduk soup, non-spicy. The soup still had a strong black pepper kick to it! the pork was also quite good. If you pick the mind soup, it doesn’t come with rice and you need to buy that separately, which I did. I do think as a combo, the soup is the meal and the meat dish is the side. I was very surprised that the soup was a big bowl! Definitely enough for 2 people. The special fried rice was also good. The egg was a bit more cooked when it got to me, but still good. The bulgogi meat was also nice and tender. I wish that they allow for other meat options on the rice. This would be the ultimate menu!
Environment
Located inside Hmar, this restaurant always seem to be the hit! There was a long line. The seating is shared with other restaurants and this can get very busy especially on weekends.. this is where I wish they have the same rules as the asian places, reserve the table and seat with your items. The unspoken rule hasn’t arrived yet.
Niceness of the staff
The person taking my order was very nice and patient. I love that she repeated the order and she was patient as I asked the customizing questions.
Dollar
It was decent for the combo, it was $26 and the fried rice was around 24$
Note: they don’t accept 50 and 100 dollar bills.
Yes
I would, the menu was extensive and I think it is worth.
I recommend the kimchi beef soft tofu stew and the separate-serving rice soup with short ribs. They are some of the best Korean dishes you can find in the United States.
If you’re visiting the new H Mart, you absolutely have to stop at Myung Ga in the food hall. Their Korean BBQ and Tofu Soup are the perfect comfort food after shopping. I highly recommend the Bulgogi—the meat is tender, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The portions are generous, and the atmosphere in the food court is lively and modern. It feels more like an experience than just a quick bite. Truly a gem for Orlando’s food scene!
