If you are around Branson this is a must stop! The food was SO good. The staff were nice and the service was quick. We got there at opening so there wasn’t anyone else there but the atmosphere was great. We ended nerding out and enjoying looking at all of the pictures and the mural on the wall while waiting for our food.
We got:
Big Bad Quest (BBQ) Chicken- This was the best BBQ chicken sandwhich I have ever had,
Wake & Steak- My partner loved it and said they would order this everyday if we lived around there, and
Cosmic Bacon Ranch- Honestly, this was my personal favorit sandwhick of the three we got. I was so fresh tasting the chicken was juicy. I highly recommend this sandwhich.
Disclamer: Some of the sandwhiches were a little messy to eat, but they have plenty of napkins on the tables. Plus, personaly, it’s just part of the experience.

Mythical ’Wich is fantastic. Every sandwich we tried was a hit, and the cryptid-themed decor and overall vibe make the place genuinely fun and memorable.

Our group ordered five sandwiches and split them all: the Cyclops, Ok Beth, Recession Special, Chupacabra, and The Day After. Honestly, they were all excellent. My personal favorite was The Day After—the turkey was incredibly juicy, and the stuffing and cranberry combo was absolutely top-notch. The sleeper pick, though, was the Recession Special, which was stacked with fried bologna and way better than expected. The Chupacabra was also great—a breakfast burrito/quesadilla hybrid with a house-made salsa that really stood out.

They also have some seriously fun and memorable merch, which I was more than happy to partake in.

The only downside: the hours listed on their website are incorrect. It says they’re open until 8 PM, but they actually close at 5 PM. That said, we ordered about 10 minutes before closing and still received top-notch, friendly service—so full credit to the staff.

Only recommendation: update the website hours and phone number to avoid confusion. Other than that, this place absolutely rules.

We will be back!

They did their absolute best to accommodate for my food allergy kiddo this past weekend. He has an odd allergy- peanut and soy. Soy seems to be in everything. They were on top of it and checked everything that was going on his sandwich and came out to let us know. They were fantastic.

Now, the food. So so good! 10/10 recommend this place. We will definitely be back.

And thank you for being so accommodating with my kiddo. I have told everyone that listens how wonderful you all were, and how delicious the sandwiches were.

This place is a GEM of Branson. Honestly exactly what you’d expect from a fun city like this, and all the personality you’d hope to find in a ‘mythical’ sandwich shop!

It’s apparent even just walking up that you’re in for fun, and the interior doesn’t disappoint! The walls are literally art themselves, but there’s also a whole wall a fun individual art pieces that will keep you entertained for the short wait for your food 🙂

Our sandwiches were monstrous and delicious. Not greasy, not dry, and tons of flavor! Simple bag of chips on the side is really all you need to cap off the killer creations they’re dishin’ out!

The horseradish sauce on the reuben was well balanced while packing a punch, I don’t even like pickles and I ate them all, and the bread was so soft despite being toasted!
The breakfast burrito was as big as my dad’s forearm and had great flavor and composition. The salsa had a great kick, and wasn’t just Pace in a cup lol

Service was friendly, music was fun, AC was blasting, the whole place was clean, and the art is a VIBE. We will definitely be back!

One of the best sandwiche shops
Ive ever had! Great service, lady was super friendly and informative and patient with my 4 year old. We Had a group of 5, and we each got somthing different. Everything we got Was amazing and the price point is right where it needs to be. It’s a lot of food. Unique flavors, huge portion’s, great bread and sides. The Seoul roll is everything and more, thay you ask for in a sandwich, Asian flare mixes with some good slaw. The potato salad is also Devine, great flavor and texture, topped witu pickles. If you have a chance stop by tjere asap, you won’t regret is.

Been wanting to try Mythical ‘Wich since they opened and finally got there today. Counter person was very welcoming and she explained the menu which has tons of variety. They even serve breakfast all day. We decided on two of their best sellers: the Bodega (burger) and Cosmic Bacon Ranch. Each comes with chips or for a small fee pasta or potato salad.
Both sandwiches were delicious and omg the bun so good. The side of potato salad was tasty and enough to share. Highly recommend and can’t wait for next time.

Found this sandwich shop while on a Branson bus tour from Texas. We didn’t know what to expect but we’re warmly welcomed and given some house recommendations. The restaurant was very clean as were the restrooms. The sandwiches were very good. Sandwiches, chips and drinks for the 2 of us was a little over $30 which I think was bit overpriced.

What restaurant has a giant unicorn horn skewering a massive sandwich? Branson Missouri’s Mythical ‘Wich!
This creative sandwich shop took over in the ending of the era where Greek Gyros used to offer wonderful food to visitors. Now, this inventive sandwich restaurant offers unique, bold flavor combinations to suit a wide variety of tastes. Staff here is nice and service is pretty quick considering the work that goes into constructing these complex sandwiches.
I have enjoyed three sandwiches so far and I recommend each of them, though they are not for the health-minded foodie. My friend who dined with me said, “this is delicious, but I can feel my heart crying”. Haha.
The flavor explosion of the Full Monte is delightful- cream cheese, ham, Swiss, cranberry, and a jalapeño cornbread French toast… it’s pretty amazing.
The Firebird Chicken is also greatly enjoyable with spicy chicken, grilled onion, jalapeños, cheese and other juicy sandwich toppings making this a tasty, messy sandwich to write home about!
The other I’ve had is also savory, the Rueben, prepared nicely with a fried egg that adds another layer of flavor and enjoyment. Again, not for those on a diet, but for diners who enjoy a bold, unusual flavor profile. I recommend going with a friend and getting two items to share so you can each experience more taste wonders!
Give your taste buds a party at the Mythical ‘Wich.

I will start with we’ve been several times, never had a bad experience, until today. The person working the front counter is so high she forgot what we were talking about while ordering & forgot to put my wife’s order in as a whole. They explained that one of meals came with chips and something else (pasta salad I think) or pot of gold, and then explained what pot of gold was super poorly (it’s literally just roasted corn). The pot of gold was a 2 dollar up charge and we didn’t get the chips at all. The soda machine was absolutely disgusting and kept spitting stuff out into my drink see picture below. We eat at other restaurants in this restaurant family all the time, I’m disappointed to see quality here vs there other restaurants. Food was good as always but the rest of the experience was just poor and the soda machine being like that makes me question what the back of the house looks like. We do love this place so I hope management is able to look into it and get this place back to tip top shape.

Best sandwiches in Branson! I live in the area and finally got a chance to stop by for a late lunch on a Sunday. The waitress did a great job of answering our questions and was very knowledgeable about the menu. After a short wait they brought out our food and let’s just say it was fantastic! Everything about our meal was perfect and we will definitely recommend this place to all our friends and family that live here or plan to visit!
