Love this pizza spot! I use them for work often, not only is the pizza consistently good but the customer service is great. The staff is always kind, they get to know their customers and go above and beyond to do the right thing. This day and age that may matter the most. Mystic Pizza went above and beyond! The food was exceptional—flavorful, beautifully presented, and hot when it needed to be. Every guest commented on how good everything tasted. What makes it even more impressive is that this was their first time catering a wedding—and you would’ve never known. They handled everything like seasoned pros: the timing was perfect, the setup was smooth, and the service was spot-on.
They were organized, punctual, and incredibly responsive throughout the planning process. You could tell they really cared about getting it right, and it showed in every detail. This place is absolutely amazing. Food is delicious. Portions are huge and tasteful. I had a Gyro with lamb. Simple delicious. My husband had the best cheesesteak sandwich ever.

Friendly staff and always have had my order ready when I expected them to. Food tastes fine but have had some issues with some orders. One time my pizza was too wet and couldn’t pick up any slices without them falling apart. Another time the bottom of my Stromboli was burnt. I want to like them but have not had good experiences with the quality of their food.

Ordered a Margherita Pizza and 2 Chef salads. Both were well below average. The pizza crust was ok if you like soft, chewy and a little on the thicker size. My favorite Margheritas have always been thinner crust and more crispy. The sauce was heavy, thick and more acid tones than sweet. The chef salad was very basic iceberg lettuce and stacked/chopped lunch meat. As basic as it gets. One small container of dressing that is barely enough to cover the salad. We spent $48 for one pizza and two basic salads – so I don’t understand reviews saying the prices are low. Prices are typical but these selections were below average.
