Everything we ordered was perfectly cooked and delicious. We got the Chet Styx and a half Meat Lovers / half Mystic pizza — both were absolutely amazing.
The restaurant itself is uniquely decorated with quirky alien themes and references to movies and shows, which we loved and made the whole visit even more enjoyable. Despite it being a busy lunchtime with only two waitresses, the staff was incredible. They were friendly, attentive, and handled the crowd like pros.
Highly recommend stopping by Mystic Mountain Pizza!

Stopped in for lunch today. We thought getting there around 2 PM would beat the busiest time, but we were wrong. We waited just about an hour for the two pizzas we ordered, Thai dye and Pickle.
We didn’t mind the wait too much as we passed our time playing Pac-Man and eventually figuring out the wi-fi password so we could browse the web.
The pizza was great. We both thought the pickle was the better pizza. I thought the pizzas were personal pan, but we quickly realized they were full size pizzas. 1 pizza will easily feed 2 people.
My only recommendation would be to give people bread or something when the wait is as long as it is. Also, advising people of the wait. We were not told that when we were sat, but as I was browsing their little shopping area I heard them telling others the wait was going to be over an hour. Had I known that when we sat down, we would have gone elsewhere.

Absolutely fantastic! Our new favorite pizza joint. Great service and great food! We went at lunch during a festival downtown. Seated immediately and food and service were impeccable.

Very gimmicky decorations, that may appeal to some. The breadsticks seemed store bought with extra cheese thrown on top. Marinara was ok. Pizzas were not to my taste because the pizza sauce was on the tart side (toppings were good though), and we ordered a buffalo pizza without blue cheese crumbles and still ended up with it on the pizza. They were nice and apologetic. If you want something besides chain pizzas give this place a try, but overall I won’t come again.
Edited: I was being generous while making this review, and initially gave it 3 stars, having received the note from the owner despite being polite over the experience as “good!” for saying I wont be coming back, I will change it to a 2 star and also add that the waitress even told the owner who was in the back, chewing on food with an open mouth, that the pizza was supposed to be without Bleu cheese, to which, with no gloves seen every time the cook and owner leaned on the counter, picked off the large chunks of Bleu cheese and told the waitress to send it. The waitress was polite, a quality someone who owns a business should have and obviously based on all of her responses to reviews lacks. Pizza hut serves better pizza which is sad.

I loved everything about Mystic Mountain Pizza. The atmosphere is so endearing with all kinds of pizza themed and psychedelic decor. The service is attentive and friendly. We got the meat lovers pizza and they were able to accommodate switching up an ingredient for us. The pizza was amazing with generous toppings and a crust which was crispy on the outside, and tender on the inside. It was cooked to perfection without being burned as some wood fire pizzas are. The sausage on the pizza was the best I’ve ever had…almost as if it was homemade. It was an all around great meal.

We had dinner here last night and it was fantastic! We ordered one veggie pizza and one Mediterranean, and both were exceptional — perfectly crispy crust, fresh toppings, and incredible flavor. The service was just as impressive: friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The atmosphere inside had a great vibe, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend if you’re in Blue Ridge!

A must do when in Blue Ridge. Family owned pizza joint that makes amazing pizzas. We had a meatball appetizer, greek salad and 1/2 Chicken Thai -1/2 supreme pizza. Always fresh and delicious. Cool atmosphere, awesome service with Jules. It’s our favorite pizza place in town. Thanks Brannan for another great meal!!!

We were visiting from Florida and stopped here for lunch. The garlic knots were very good. My meatball sub was delicious with handmade meatballs that were so flavorful! The marinara sauce is delicious and chunky! Our favorite part was the cheeseburger pizza. I was skeptical at first, but we tried it for fun and it is now one of my favorite pizzas. My bf grew up in Philly and South Jersey and said it was one of the top 5 pizzas he has ever eaten. The owner was friendly and we had a great time chatting with the locals. The atmosphere is quirky and crazy and super fun! This place is a must go!

What a fun eclectic place to have pizza. Not only was the pizza delicious with a flavorful crust, sauce and toppings, the whole experience is worth going to see all the fun nostalgic decor. You have got to see the amphibian band that they have on display. I ordered a gluten free crust for my pie and it was fresh and amazing. I did the margarita pizza and added pepperoni. My dining friends did a supreme on regular crust. If you are looking for great brick oven pizza, head to Mystic Mountain Pizza in Blue Ridge.
