AWFUL CRAWFISH! We got 2 4 lb. crawfish to take home a week ago, not knowing that Myran’s changed to new owners. We’ve been eating crawfish at Myran’s for over 25 years and crawfish were always delicious. But when we ate them then, the quality was very uneven, and most were mushy and somewhat gray, and some were broken in half, and some had salt on them. We couldn’t eat them with happiness of the first ones in season for us. For 70.00, we were angry, and we were eating at home, so we couldn’t get our money back. Whomever owns Myran’s should be ashamed for serving something so uneatable. We’ll never come there, and it’s sad to us.

Peaceful environment. Good and friendly service and the Fried Catfish, Fried Shrimp and Oysters were good. Nice atmosphere to relax, eat and take a breath!

The place doesn’t look like much, but the food is amazing. The shrimp are very well cooked and seasoned to perfection. The onion rings were amazingly crunchy without being greasy at all. Better still, they have a few local craft beers to accompany your meal.

They were a little short staffed so the wait was plenty long but the boiled crawfish was great. I also enjoyed the chicken tenders, fried mushrooms and fish and chips.

We were headed here with a group of friends when an accident occurred. Almost a year later, I finally have the honor of experiencing Myran’s wonderful food. We had fried chicken & homemade onion rings… and let me tell you what… this was some of the best food I have had in a very long time… and the Onion rings are fantastic…it was finger licking good!!!

Awesome service & awesome home cooking! I loved the patio deck they have overlooking the flowing bayou. The catfish was cooked to perfection! Tasty pot roast BBQ sanwhich. Onion rings were spot on crispy, and the fried mushrooms were super fresh! We loved it and can’t wait to be back!

Oohhhh but that was one delicious breakfast sandwich. The Myran is huge and loaded with egg, cheese, ham, tomato, and lettuce. Hit the spot! Friendly conversation with the coffee drinking dudes. Bought some crawfish boil and season all (their product) while there. Recommended.

I ordered a fried shrimp PoBoy. Worst one I’ve ever seen. I asked for no lettuce (they put it) they also put two slices of tomatoes. They didn’t put onions, mustard or pickles and it barely had any shrimp! I also ordered 4lbs if crawfish. They had good flavor but I think I got the bottom of the ice chest bc I got a majority of heads without tails and LOTS of pinchers. I also ordered cheese sticks and they forgot my marinara. Not happy and I paid a lot of money!!

Had been wanting to come here for crawfish on the back patio. Such a nice day for sitting and watching the Bayou Teche go by. Food was on par. I got hamburger steak and my girlfriend got the crawfish. The crawfish were well seasoned and we finished them all off. Nice and quiet when we went but I can bet its hopping on the weekends. Hope to be back soon.
