My noodle salad with chicken was spicy and delicious. It’s a great pleasure to have authentic Burmese food here at the market.

Fantastic new restaurant in the downtown market. They’re only doing a soft open right now so their menu is limited, but definitely check them out and support a unique local restaurant!

It was so busy when we went but the food is new, and yummy The owners were super nice and accommodating once the wait was over. My husband got the beef short ribs and was blown away by the flavor. I got the samosas and Cantonese fried rice, need to know how they made it cause it was the highlight of the night! Downtown market prices for sure though but worth it. The lady and her daughter working the counter are the sweetest people, and the dad and brother are in charge of the kitchen, you can see them cooking and watch as they make everything for you!

Good food! Everything was fresh, fast, and cooked super well. The people running this place are all personable which is a different experience for the DT market. Will definitely be back.

Delicious tea leaf salad!— it’s really hard to find this dish anywhere, and I don’t believe it is available anywhere else in Grand Rapids or maybe even this side of the state. I mixed my takeout salad with chopped lettuce at home and it was *chef’s kiss*.

I enjoyed eating here and having a conversation with the people that run this place! Good food, good people, what more can you want from a place?
I got the Yu Nan Noodles from their soft launch menu and was immediately impressed with the flavor bomb. Soft, delicious and warm broth in this cold with a side of chili oil! Wow. The family got different dishes and were all pleasantly surprised. Burmese and cantonese dishes are new to us but we will be back to try the full menu once its up

The menu was misleading because the bao buns are from WowBao and not actually made at the restaurant. We also tried the crispy chicken rolls, but they were quite bland. We ordered two different kinds of chicken dishes with rice, but both were so dry, like they had been sitting out all day. There was no seasoning on any of our food. We came for dinner and it was very slow, so it is possible the food is better during the lunch rush.

Only tried a couple dishes (Burmese samosas and the dumplings), but we enjoyed both. Really rooting for this place to thrive and bring more flavors to Grand Rapids!
