I have never spit food out into a napkin until just now. This is was inedible. Rice seemed like it had been blended and then laid out to dry in the sun before being squished into the shape of a roll. The filling (maybe 5% to 95% rice) was old, dry, and unappetizing. I work in food service and completely understand the stress of the pandemic on small businesses, but this was truly awful food, and I do not recommend.
We also waited over an hour for this food, and service was absent.

Its not just that the rolls are 80% rice, its that the “rice” is a glutinous mass better applied to fixing cracks in plaster than to ingest. Recommended for binding intestines, if that is what you seek. I left my meal mostly uneaten. Thought about giving it to street dogs but didn’t want to harm them. Enjoy.

Sushi was all rice (overcooked) with barely any filling/meat inside. The restaurant + service was good, place was clean and food was served fairly quickly, but unfortunately I would not return as there are much better options in San Cris.

The sushi was 99% rice and 1% old bad salmon. Horrible. We paid 175mxn and we didnt eat, because we didn’t want to get sick.
