I love this place!! There is plenty to choose from, but I recommend the Philly Cheesesteak, French Dip, SweetHeat Burger, and the Chicken Wraps! I love going here for the wraps, especially. If you like spicy food like me, you gotta try the Buffalo Chicken Wrap with the Jalapeño Cheddar tortilla (Grilled or Crispy Chicken, Bacon, Swiss Cheese, Buffalo Sauce). Buffalo and/or Ranch sauce is available on the side. Delicious!
Feedback to the Owner:
There is one waitress who is exceptional. I need to figure out her name so she can be recognized for her excellent service! One of the best waitresses I’ve ever had. And of course, CJ is great and always says Hello and talks with us briefly. That being said, the other waitresses are not very good. They are indeed friendly but need to be more attentive. They need to make sure customers get refills in a timely manner, check on the customers periodically to see if they need additional condiments, etc. Most customers understand it gets busy, but when we see waitstaff standing around and we need something, it’s very frustrating to see that first of all and on top of that, they haven’t checked on our table since dropping off the food 15-20 minutes ago. This “Drop N Go” method where they bring our food to the table and then we never see our waitress again for the rest of the dining experience – I ain’t having that, and this isn’t the first time.

First time here and I must say the Uptown BLT which was a ranch bacon, fried green tomatoes, lettuce and basil mayo on a homemade jalapeño bun served with chips, was so, so yummy. The bun was soft and simply delicious!
If you want some homemade delicious food you only have to try this place! I will return with my husband next time!

Back again – well, we have been back several times and yes the food is that good! My husband had the special that comes with dessert. This time it was German chocolate cake and he said it was soft and delicious! Me? Well I love, love their Uptown BLT. It’s the best. Did you know they make the buns for their BLT and all the desserts are made fresh every day? Get there early because by 1:30 it’s nearly all gone!

Everyone was so polite. I ordered the ultimate ham and grilled cheese with some Mac and cheese on the side and a sweet tea. It was delicious and very filling! They accidentally served me peach tea but were quick to try and correct it. Would recommend to anyone who comes to Livingston.

First time coming here after hearing the great buzz about the good food. The iced tea is great and I got the Sweet Heat burger. The burger has a crispy fried macaroni ball in it thats awesome with the burger and cheese with a nice habanero bite. And the server decided she wanted me to have more fries and brought that bowl of fries. Good job My Place Eatery

Cheeseburger (plain burger w cheese), fries and a small drink is $17 and some change!!!!!!!
The staff is super sweet, there are a lot of people here and it smells good but the prices are outrageous!
If the dentist down the way wasn’t milking my 10:30 am appointment out through lunch I would not have paid that and would have left. (Bought take away)
The burger was not bad. It was real meat they said. Yaay! Always good to get real meat in a burger. It was good but it wasn’t over-$17-dollars-good.
I am shocked and will for sure never come back. The prices are higher than airport food.
Seems Texans are sudden very wealthy to be able to afford the restaurants here.

This is my favorite restaurant in town to grab lunch with friends. My favorites are the Eagle Sandwich and the Uptown BLT. Also the Reuben is quite good. I am so glad to have such a great lunch spot in our town.

This place is truly my place now.. their service is friendly and the server who helped us was a true delight! She was kind, warm and very helpful my friends and myself were very happy with the food and we found out that she makes the deserts for that restaurant which we found to be a total surprise.. tried out their turtle chocolate cake and it was heavenly. We will definitely make this our go to spot when we are in Livingston area!
