The pizza was terrible! It tasted doughy and tough to chew. The cheese was different too, I just can’t explain it! There are much better pizza spots in the Bronx that you can try…anywhere else in the Bronx…just not here! I ordered a small PEPPERONI pizza with extra cheese and I asked for extra sauce on the pizza as well. When I received the pizza, there was no pepperoni anywhere on the pizza and there was no extra sauce on it either, but the extra cheese was there! Is there a pepperoni and sauce shortage that I didn’t know about? Because there was definitely none on my pizza lol. I called the restaurant and the person (male) who answered told me that the delivery driver had two pizzas, one pepperoni and one cheese that was going to my same apt bldg which was a lie. The Uber delivery driver only had one pizza with him at the time of delivery and the receipt was with the pizza which showed my name. I paid for priority delivery so I came first and the driver didn’t have any other pizzas with him. Therefore, I know there was no mix up on the delivery drivers’ part, but on the actual My Pizza restaurants’ end. I also ordered Zeppolis which came with a hint of sugar and they were so hard and crispy! They were not airy in the middle and were cooked too done! They were not tasty and hard to bite into so I gave them to my dog who also had a hard time chewing them and his teeth I thought could get into anything! lol I later looked at other reviews for this place after I placed the order and other people had the same issue with the restaurant. Their order was messed up too and the restaurant did not want to admit fault on their mistake. I should have listened to the reviews and ordered from a different pizza spot! You should too!

Ordered what menu says chicken parm hot hero made with chicken cutlet got refried chopped chicken sandwich ordered philly cheese hot hero with light mayo onions peppers mushrooms stood on phone 10 minutes made sure we was clear on order. They send philly with lettuce tomatoes didn’t ask for this. My kid allergic to tomatoes and iceberg lettuce. Then cashier stephanie refused to redeliver or refund on order they.messed up and didnt send as described on menu and what i asked for. Instead i got a disrespectful oh well that’s the way we make it. Didn’t want to apologize I literally had to leave my 4 kids to go my pizza establishment for a refund and stephanie still tried to argue i said lets be professional and amicable about this situation. She finally voided out transaction when she could of just refunded the difference over the phone or resent the right order but yet made sure she knew how to re charge for that pizza from the voided transaction. The staff are incredibly friendly and the pizza there is amazing. Any special requests like asking for an extra crispy pizza, etc are MADE sure by the chefs, and the pizza turns out amazing, with a variety of seasonings to put on your fresh pizza. If your looking for a spot for lunch in the bronx, hit this place up. The prices for slices are pretty good, as it was 4.63 for a large pepperoni slice.

I ordered two slices of pizza with extra cheese and pepperonis,with a cheese Calzone. I didn’t like how the cheese calzone was done. It was over the size that I use too get my calzone. And the cheese that they are using is not real mozzarella cheese. I took a slice out of my refrigerator to warm up to eat. I set my toaster oven to 350F and timer 30 seconds. And came back before the timer stopped,and my whole side with the cheese, sauce,and pepperonis were all burned

Ordered delivery from here on May 16th and kisses to the chef the pizza was amazing. I think the pizza at this establishment is extremely good. Also, they make great sweet potato fries. Yes, you have to wait for them b/c they are made fresh for every order. It’s one of my favorites to order. They also make really good salads. Delivery service is slow only because of their popularity in the community( my opinion of course ). But I think it’s worth the wait. I can’t comment on the fried chicken b/c I don’t eat fried chicken anywhere. Of course their indoor dining is off b/c of Covid, but I’ve always found the staff pleasant and professional.

I’d hate to sound over the top, but this place is like an oasis. Surrounded by mediocrity, the food here is on another level when compared to everything else being offered in the neighborhood. There were even quite a few times where I chose to call from My Pizza instead of bigger names like Domino’s and Papa Johns. Aside from the great tasting food, I really have no complaints. The place is usually clean and I’ve never had a problem with the staff myself. The biggest complaint I have is delivery is inconsistent, and so are the toppings if you aren’t descriptive. Ordering delivery is like gambling, you either get your order or you don’t and you’re stuck waiting in the cold. I recall once forgetting to be descriptive with my topics, and I’ll be honest, they were in a rush to get my order finished and move on.
If you’re anywhere near this place and you’re itching for something quick to eat, you really can’t go wrong here. Alternatively if you’re looking for cheap delivery and you don’t want to sacrifice quality for price, don’t be afraid to give them a call.
