I went at about opening time which is around 2 pm, so there weren’t a lot of people. Just 2 or 3 people. I played pool and had a beer. Good friendly service.

Bartender I interacted with is very knowledgeable and accommodating to your liking of what you’re in the mood for.
The place is out of the way of your average bar, but the atmosphere once inside more than makes up for that.
Many regulars, and are very friendly and polite.

Cool, laid-back neighborhood joint, regulars and has a Cheers-y feel to it. No Coach, Woody or Sam though! Damn, THAT would really MAKE the spot!!!…plus, I am CERTAIN the place is Graced in some form or fashion, as I stood and watched it withstand a MASSIVE AND RAGING FIRE just a few months ago that was FAR too close to the bar for it to have received not even a carbon fiber of damage! Rightly so though…I don’t hardly go there at all, but I HAVE been implanted into it’s atmosphere on at least a handful of occasions and I must say, some truly GOLDEN people frequent this place. Without ever even opening my mouth or even putting out a HINT of solicitation, I have been blessed to have had some of the kindest and most genuine and endearing accounts here , with completely perfect strangers, who just seemed to know that I could benefit from their empathy and compassion and reached out to me without heed. In short, don’t believe ANYONE in this bar if they tell they can’t stand people, because they’re lying! It’s some sort FRONT that they use to confuse the Matrix!

Great staff,wonderful pool tables,the best that I have played on in town,and there is more than 2 regulation tables that are in great condition,and level playing ground. and I’ve noticed they have ping pong,darts,and horse shoe’s in the backyard.and the seating in the back is screened off so no worries about bugs.There drinks are bigger and stronger than most bars I’ve visited. Slot of parking,but the place fills up pretty fast so it’s easy to get blocked in.
