The BBQ was very good. It was smoked perfectly. I had a chicken ponyshoe, and my husband ordered pulled pork. We really enjoyed both of them. The waitress was very nice and came by to check on us several times. We will definitely be back. I want to try the burger.

There aren’t enough words to describe the My Buddys experience to properly convey the gem of an establishment this place is. It’s family owned and run – what that means is that you’re treated like family when you walk in. The quality of the food is superb – what that means is that each item tastes like what you would expect from a place as dedicated to flavor and preparation as this. The price is just right – look if you want processed food and flavor go to Arby’s. You’re gonna pay a little extra due to quality and market prices on product. There’s simply no other place to try when you’re in Jville and you want bbq.

I have had My Buddys several times from people bringing it home or at events but this was my first time ever eating in hot in fresh in store me and my girlfriend got the sampler platter I believe it’s called. 10/10 every single thing was amazing even the ribs we added on. This was my first time trying the Mac and Cheese that gets a 12/10 probably some of the best I have ever had. Overall an absolutely amazing experience. If there’s only one thing I could add I feel like the sampler patter should come with 2 breeds and not one but maybe most people just eat it by themselves.

Holy cow was this delicious! We came in for an early 40th birthday dinner for me, as I wanted to try something new. Both of us were in love from the first bite! I had the split, and every single item from the rib to the brisket to the mac n cheese was amazing! She had the pulled pork sandwich with a baked potato and devoured every bite! Will definitely make the trip (from Springfield for me, Bluffs for her) for this again!
