First CO eatery i’ve been to, and BOY was this amazing. Not sure if it was because we were starving from the flight, but wow. The hostess was really sweet and all the workers seem to love their job. The bar was dark so be prepared for that, but for being the oldest in Denver, it has a vintage feel that felt like we were living in history. We got a cheeseburger, fries, and a hot dog w onion. They bring out a bunch of sides in a container (relish/onion/ketchup/mustard etc) you can add on which is so convenient as an onion lover so I could choose the amount. We split half and half and I loved both. I will say the bathrooms smell of sulfur, like a hot spring, but, it’s a bar.. and it’s old so. Would 100% be back.

Had a short half day in Denver, heard this was the place to go for a locals-only dive experience, and did not disappoint. Drinks were very reasonably priced, great beer selection, food smelled amazing, and the vibes were immaculate.

The real cherry on top though: I stopped by in the middle of the Broncos/Bills playoff Jan 2026. The bartender invited me and others to watch the game on a staff member’s phone. Made friends, learned their names, felt like a true local for a minute, and that’s what a dive bar’s all about.

I’ve only visited My Brother’s Bar one time during a work trip to Denver, but it was fantastic! The service was great, the burger was the best burger I’ve had in a LONG time and the beer selection was on point.
I walked in and sat right at the bar and there was a group of regulars sitting there chatting it up and they invited me into the conversation and it just felt really welcoming. I’d love to come back and eat here again when I’m back in Denver. Not at all surprised it’s still around after all these years!

No frills, just good food (cheeseburgers). Advertised as Denver’s oldest bar. Very nice establishment with deliciously tasty cheeseburgers! Definitely recommend this establishment to anyone who likes tasty burgers. That’s being a winner baby!!!

This was most excellent little place to stumble upon! It was absolutely darling. The vibe was on point. The food was outstanding! My friend and I just enjoyed some appetizers and drinks .The little potato skins were delightful the dressing that was served with them was my absolute favorite part of the whole thing be honest. However, we also ordered the honey feta dip with the crostinis. Also absolutely delightful. We had the elote corn dip which was okay. Not bad in any way, just the other two stood out so much harder that I had eaten too much by the time I got to the elote dip….. I also got a Caesar salad to go. The dressing was the best Caesar dressing I’ve ever come across. I love that it had potato chips on it. It was the perfect amount of crunch.. the entire theme was just out of this world. I loved the disco balls and all the foliage outside. It even had like fake grass that you were hanging out on. It was the most on point experience that I could have tried to offer my friend who was visiting me from a small town. I felt like I really showed her around by taking her to this lovely location!!!

Love this place! The burgers are delicious and worth the drive. My favorite is the jalapeño cream cheese. You must try. Fries and onions rings are just as good. Have to get the sport tea it’s delicious .
The only thing that has changed is the service. It’s hit and miss. Servers can be amazing and some really rude.
If you’re heading to or coming from a game or nea4 downtown, it’s worth stopping in.
It’s kid friendly and has a good kids menu.
Overall, it’s a great place to eat. 4 stars because of the service.

Alright this place was pretty cool. The staff was super friendly despite it being a tad busy for a Saturday lunch crowd. We got sandwiches and it came with a little sandwich station which was SO cute and fun to play with and totally unexpected!! Super affordably priced too for downtown Denver with a really neat rustic atmosphere. So excited that we got to stop in and enjoy this little gem!
