I’ve been the loyal customer since this place opened and the staff is always great. This isn’t about them. On my last visit, I noticed the portions were significantly reduced. The rice was piled on, and I was asked if I wanted more then two small scoops of meat were added. I was told it would cost $6 extra which is outrageous for a few extra pieces. Portions used to be generous and worth the price but now they’re much smaller while prices stay the same. Disappointing change that takes away from the value this restaurant once had it seems like their focus has shifted and is less on customer satisfaction.

This place and people are amazing, ingredients were fresh, quick to order and super yummy. You can create your own shawarma and I would highly recommend it. I did no meat and pretty much got all the veggies on mine. I will be back soon. Thank you!

Service from my initial interaction was great. Attentive and patient with me for my first visit. Last service interaction with the cashier was strange. Felt like I was bothering her.
The portion sizes are good. The selection of items is plenty. The pricepoint- ouch!
Overall, good food but not sure I will come back as the pricepoint was a bit high for a falafel bowl at a quick service establishment.

The place is expensive but you get what you pay for you get a lot of food in the food is good service and atmosphere great like always love the music they play in there the only thing I’ll say is I don’t really like the sauce it all the big fat sauce it just taste way too tangy maybe it’s just my taste buds but I should stick with chipotle dressing next time. I usually don’t like fries and any location with the fries here I did enjoy.

The food here is so good and the service is great. The staff is friendly and accommodating. You get really large portions so the price is justified. If they have the purple punch when you go, make sure you get it. It’s so good!

We had our meal catered for 12 of us on Christmas Eve. The ordering process was so easy and they delivered to Novi, which was amazing! The food was packed meticulously, very fresh, with full sized bottles of dressings. I would highly recommend this restaurant for catering!
