Really loved Mutiny and plan on coming back. Overall the atmosphere was fun and comfortable when first walking in, I loved the theme of pirates.

Service 5/5: Our server Kenae had such great energy and was very attentive to us. She made our first experience here very enjoyable!

Drinks 5/5: I got the Fancy Rum & Coke and my girlfriend got the Rum Punch. We enjoyed both and it was one of the best rum and cokes I’ve had in a long time! Very smooth.

Food 4/5: I got the fish and chips and my girlfriend the nachos. We finished everything, my girlfriend loved the nachos, everything was evenly distributed and filling. I enjoyed the fish and chips although, a bit over cooked, and it came as one big piece instead of the typical multiple pieces of fish, but nevertheless it was still good! The batter was light and fries were crisp although I would have enjoyed more seasoning on the fries, they were still what you’d expect.

Overall experience 5/5: I really enjoyed the vibe and taste of everything here. I’d love to see what else the menu has to offer and plan on returning.

The bartenders were all really nice and the chicken nachos were really good. The cocktails we ordered were good at first sip; however, there was so much ice in them that you really lost the flavor or the cocktail because they were watery after only a few minutes. The French fries were delicious and the beer batter fish was the right texture and consistency, but was really lacking seasoning or flavor. The ambience of the restaurant made me feel like I was on a pirate ship. Overall, I think that with a little love they are heading in the right direction.

OK! My sister picked this place for our sister night. It was overall nice but not what we expected as island Restaurant for a island girl. It was more of a pirate ship vibe. The decor was very pirate ship also, we sat at the bar our server was very kind young man don’t remember his name. We did make happy hour. I was very disappointed that the menu online via there website was not up to date an the items I picked out in advance they no longer had on the menu, server did apologize to us although not his fault at all.

Oysters: good, room temperature not cold as I’d like them but they were shocked very well

Rum punch: not the best or worst but not made with Wray & nephew that is a traditional island rum punch.

Mussels where overly spicy, to the point I had to stop eating them. It was was scotch Bonnet peppers added to them (who thought that was a good idea?)

Chicken nachos where good! Full of meat and the chips where so fresh

Chicken Taco was OK, it tasted like the nachos to be honest, same chicken and sauce to me.

Overall I’d return if in the area for sure. The happy hour had some great deals.

If you are looking for a Caribbean Island vibe restaurant this would not be the place. Looking for Island inspired with a twist this is your place!

The food here was fantastic! It tasted fresh and was nice and hot! I also can’t say enough about their cocktails and rum tastings. If you’re looking for a more low-key night out, this is the place!

Edit: Still love this place! We enjoyed their patio with our friends and had a great time! Added some photos of the cocktails menu and specials!

I love coming here! The environment is friendly, the food is good and the oysters are fresh. If you like crab dip this is a great place to get your fill. I made the mistake of ordering the Calypso Fries and the crab dip with their kettle chips as an appetizer and was full before the Drunken Islander burger came out. The burger was also delicious and I would recommend it.

The menu is small but if you find something on there you like, this place is well worth the vist

I stopped by on Sunday for lunch with the kids (2 and 5). We were seated but only given menus for brunch and soccer games. The brunch menu should just be called “breakfast” because it lacks any items from the “lunch” half of brunch. It’s literally all breakfast items and very limited. The waitress stated that they only have the brunch menu available and they couldn’t even do things from their kids menu. Since there was nothing on the brunch menu that kids will eat and I was not in the mood for breakfast, we walked out. The owner then came rushing outside and told us to come back in and they’ll make some chicken tenders and a burger. My 5yo was starving so we took him up on the redemption offer and were given kids & lunch/dinner menus to order from. The food came out quickly and my all-american burger was very juicy and tasty. The kids were happy with the tenders and fries, and we were still able to make it home by naptime.

I hope this restaurant can rethink their “brunch-menu only” policy on Sundays. Every other restaurant I’ve visited in the past that offered brunch also had their regular menu to order from. It’s especially needed here due to the absence of any lunch food on the brunch menu. And to not even offer the kids menu at 11:30am on a Sunday is completely ignoring the family demographic. They had some great looking brunch drunk deals if you’re into day-drinking, but beware coming here with kids for Sunday lunch unless they start offering the whole menu.

My trainee and I found it on Google while at the TA in Jessup and took a rideshare service to get some lunch. Homemade as chicken tenders could get. My trainee said that it was the best fish and chips that she had ever had. It was great service and a quirky but cool atmosphere.

Good food, fun staff! Prices are good for what youre getting. It was clean when we were there, fast service and very very attentive. Music wasn’t too loud and could have personal conversations.

The patio is DOG FRIENDLY for all my fur baby lovers!!!

Absolutely delicious food. Decor is perfect, not overboard, but full of atmosphere. The Wall the Plank Sauce for the chicken left a delightful, but not overpowered spiciness on my tongue and gums (I had the Peruvian half chicken). The broccolini was *amazing*!

After dinner apple strudel was *perfect*. I don’t normally order dessert. But, after a near perfect meal, I had to try it. I was *not* disappointed. Temp of the apple strudel was perfectly hot. The ice cream was just right. A good mix of tangy apple and just right sweetness mixed with the creamy of the ice cream made for the perfect dessert.

My server, Sam, was absolutely engaging and yet sure to give us plenty of time to talk with my friend across the table. He made great recommendations and provided some of the best service I’ve ever had.

*HIGHLY* recommended! 🙂

I’m from St Louis area, 1000 miles away. When I come back to this area next year, I *will* be dining here again!
