Food was awesome. Every dish was solid – the octopus appetizer, salmon skin salad, poke, chicken teriyaki, a roll, and the sesame ball desert. Even our kids ate it all up. I don’t think we’ve ever cleared out the plates like this. Haha. Either we were really hungry or the food was that good; I think it was both!

I really wanted to like this place and for it to be the hip new spot with the best food in west yellowstone, what we got was a horror story. The employees are nice and at first it seems to be run by people who know what they are doing. Do not be deceived, the food is shockingly dreadful. The shape looks like sushi , but the taste is anything but.
Along with that our Takoyaki was tasteless, and the Avocado cucumber rols did not have any flavor well. The most horrible thing was torched salmon sushi which tasted purley of plastic.
We were so shocked we threw the rest of the order and went to eat nearest Mexican food.
I would strongly recommend avoiding this place.

Very disappointed with my experience here. I ordered the shrimp tempura sushi roll and it had to be the worst sushi I’ve ever had. You’re much better off eating anywhere else instead of wasting your money on some dry rice with an abundance of spicy mayo that is trying to make up for the lack of flavor.

Giving this place 5 stars because they were very considerate and kind to take our order even though they close at 10 pm. We came after 10 bec it took us an hour to get out of Yellowstone NP. Takoyaki balls and chicken katsu plate was delicious! Came out fresh and hot. Serving was also generous! Glad we found this local business and happy to support them as well.

The Chicken katsu is like soggy and nasty. Misleading banner in front of restaurant and food taste nothing like real Japanese food. Chicken teriyaki terrible, terrible. Also the food is expensive for garbage food. Don’t read the reviews cause they are bots, I actually ate the food and it’s nasty so don’t make this mistake
