Wonderful food. The best I had in Maine!! I had the Lazy Lobster and a lobster roll with butter that was DELISH!!! The view is beautiful. We dined outside! I went back before I left to purchase a handmade ceramic whale tail. I’m happy I went back because then I was informed of who owned the place and the portraits on the wall as well as the artist that made my ceramic piece!!

NOTE: There was a vehicle parked at this location both times I went. Very disturbing … S4T4N is the vanity plate.

Great food in a friendly, casual restaurant.

The hot lobster roll was one of the best I’ve had. The chives worked really well. The crab mini roll was also excellent.

The stew and fries were slightly underseasoned and it wasn’t that easy to fix this with the salt provided. The fries were also on the warm rather than hot end of the spectrum. I wonder if a conventional fries rather than the skinny fries being served at present may hold their heat better.

Having said this, the meal as a whole was still exceptionally good.

If you are planning on getting a lobster roll while visiting Maine, this is the best place in the whole state. You might just decide, like I did, to keep coming back. I’ve tried countless lobster rolls throughout Maine and New England but nothing compares to the perfection that is Must Be Nice Lobster.

The lobster meat is sublimely tender and melts in your mouth like high grade wagyu. It’s so very clear that the lobsters are handled with love and care from catch to the kitchen. Lobster are fresh caught by the owner, you might see her in the parking lot dropping off a fresh batch!

Outside seating is dog friendly! Drinks are solid. The staff is incredibly friendly.

First Time (take out): got the Must Be Nice Lobster Roll to go, it’s simple and pure lobster roll goodness. The roll travels well if you’re planning to picnic.

Second Time (sit down lunch): got the Sadie’s Saucy Lobster Roll, Crab Roll, and Lobster Chowder. The saucy roll has the perfect amount of sauce and spice, it’s now my new favorite way to have a lobster roll. The Crab Roll is stacked, it is literally a mountain. The Lobster Chowder is rich in taste and full of chunks of tender lobster meat, should have gotten a bowl.

Third Time (sit down dinner): got another Must Be Nice Lobster Roll, seriously cannot get enough. Do not sleep on the Lobster Quesadilla, it will open up to you up to a whole new world of cheesey lobster. I wish I had more time, I would have gotten the Lobster Grilled Cheese.

First visit.
If you come for the lobster roll, it’s okay. I got the flatlander, lobster roll in butter, with a side of fries. Part of my roll was dried out, and 4oz of meat. The meat was good, cooked well. Hubby ordered 2 hot dogs (he’s not a lobster lover), and the dogs should be cooked a bit longer. Our canned soda we ordered never came, and had to get them taken off the bill.
The atmosphere has a few lovely pieces of art work, regular seating, easy menu.
Overall review probably won’t go back.

Traveled from Mississippi to Maine, after eating several different seafood dishes in our stay at Maine I wanted a burger and oh my goodness this place had one of the absolute best burgers I’ve ever had in my life. The seafood we had during our stay in Maine was amazing but I kid you not my absolute favorite meal for the whole week was my burger from this place!! The customer service was very kind and it was very clean and made us feel at home. We will definitely be staying in Belfast again and when we do we will atleast be eating here multiple times instead of just once!

What a delightful little place to have lunch! Everything was perfect. Service was great and of course the food was wonderful.

If the weather is nice, by all means, dine at one of their amazing outdoor tables. The table tops are made from a cross cut section of a tree.

If you are looking for a delicious deep plate of fellowship with friends, then you can fully expect this place to have the right ingredients to make this happen.

Thank you guys for a delightful lunch.

Loved supporting lobsterwoman Sadie! Her lobster roll was the best of our Maine trip! Loved the service—everyone was cheerful and caring. Even scored some great merch! A must-stop if you are in the area. Try the Sadie style lobster roll for an olive oil variation on the typical mayo style roll.

All the reviews were true- excellent seafood options including several varieties of crab and lobster. We shared a lobster flight- very much enjoyed Sadie’s sauce as an additional option with the traditional to butter or Mayo. Outdoor seating and super dog friendly.

Menu leaves a lot to be desired! Outrageous price for a 4 oz. Lobster roll! There was nothing on their food menu that I even wanted to try! Margarita’s were small and $13…really…good luck staying in business! Too bad..location is nice.

They were out of lobster, and it wasn’t nice. The food was just ok, what there was of it. I had dill burger that dint much taste of dill, and slaw that didn’t seem to have any dressing. Our appetizer joined us after we were already done eating our entree.
