This place was a wonderful and sorely needed breakfast option on a Sunday morning in Rock Hall. We were visiting Rock Hall by boat and walked through a quiet neighborhood to this charming café. Sat outside to enjoy the fresh air and had a really good meal. I can’t wait to visit this place again.

Best kept secret for Breakfast in Rock Hall, MD! Everything is fresh and made to order and when they’re busy it’s definitely worth the wait. Belgian waffles topped with fresh fruit and real whipped cream, breakfast sandwiches served on a Biali, quiche, frittatas and more! A favorite place for from here’s and come here’s. Outdoor and indoor seating available. Dog and kid friendly too

My GF and I went here for the first time this past weekend. Rock Hall is a boating/sailing town, and their options for breakfast are limited. Muskrat Alley Cafe was an excellent choice for a quick breakfast. The menu is simple, reflecting the type of town it resides in. This location is also a bed and breakfast with top ratings for anyone looking for a vacation spot.
The food was good, coffee was hot (not fantastic), and the staff was friendly! I recommend this place to anyone looking for a quick and simple breakfast. The food choices and self-serv coffee won’t bow you away, but it does the job.

I’ve been going here for years and finally decided to write a review. The service is fantastic and the owner is always there to greet you warmly and tell you about the town.
But the main reason for all my visits is the food. They make the best breakfast sandwiches which are on an unusually delicious bread called bialy. Its like a thinner bagel with chopped onions and poppy seeds baked into the hole. Try it, its incredible. They also have a large selection of delicious waffles as well as other choices. A must try if you are lucky enough to find yourself in Rock Hall.

My husband and I have been going to Rock Hall for years, but just for the first time went to Muskrat Alley this last weekend. What a treat! The offerings are simple, but they are well done. They had a special seafood quiche, which was delicious. The staff are really friendly and the experience feels very personal. While they are on a main road, the landscaping and details have made made it a peaceful and lovely space to sit outside for a leisurely breakfast. We really enjoyed our time there and will definitely return – maybe to stay at the B&B next time!

Great service and atmosphere. Most dishes are homemade. The bailies are delicious, you don’t see them that often in restaurants outside NYC. it would have been perfect if they had lox. One of the best weekend breakfast places in Rock Hall.

Wow! What a sweet little breakfast cafe! The owner is also working on a lunch menu, so stay tuned. A must visit for a unique breakfast. Not just your regular bacon and eggs kinda place. Friendly courteous staff. Unique menu choices. You will miss out if you don’t stop in. They have out door seating too! Enjoy!
