Real Food. Real Fresh. Real Fast. At Muse, we believe fast food should be real food—made with care, not shortcuts. We start with all-natural beef and chicken, delivered fresh and free of antibiotics or added hormones. Our burgers are hand-pattied, nuggets are cut in-house, and every order is made to reflect our commitment to quality. Our fries are hand-cut and cooked to order, our salads prepped fresh daily, and we proudly serve the Beyond Meat Beyond Burger. All of it comes on a soft, non-GMO potato bun. At our Centerton location, we offer hot dogs, breakfast, and coffee. You can get our salads and chicken at our other locations. At the end of the day, it’s simple: we make the kind of food we’d want to eat—fresh, honest, and made right.

Today’s instance, I ordered 2-Single Combos, one with cheese, ketchup, and pickles, which was correct despite have very little ketchup under the burger. The second burger was supposed to have bbq sauce, grilled onions ONLY, but had very little bbq sauce, and cheese (did not ask for). Mind you that a slice of cheese is $1.25, very little bbq sauce is $0.30, and a lack of grilled onions is $0.75 per order. We also had sea salt fries and we could not eat very many due to them being overly salted.
I enjoyed going to Muse weekly when they had chicken on their menu. I could get a 12-count and a regular order of sea salt fries for $11.88, and when it was cheaper than that as well. Every time I’ve visited over the last few months the Centerton location has not been busy at all, and more times than not, I’m the only customer in drive-thru. To visit every so often and the quality and service still be disappointing just means nothing has changed. Sadly, there’s nothing that makes me want to come back anymore as I can go spend $15 on a meal elsewhere that I can enjoy eating, finish, and made as requested.
The good: Food is pretty tasty. Burger was more juicy than normal this time and the fries tasted fresh. One of the better milkshakes you can get in NWA. The location is convenient as well for those in the area.
The bad: Items here are not cheap. It is at the level of a five guys which is about the max before fast food becomes something else. The workers here did not hear me repeat twice that I wanted bacon on my burger. They asked me what kind of fries and I said “Cajun” but received the plain sea salt kind. Portions are not as generous as five guys which is concerning because of the price.
All in all I think just having the staff try to listen better to customers and maybe adding more value for the money will solve most issues I see here. I definitely do want them to succeed as a local chain.
