Perfect place for a Friday Night with the kids! I have been reading all kind of reviews so I decided to give it a try. I was actually surprised about how good this restaurant is. I can tell the freshness of the food. I order single cheese burgers, original nuggets and a family size of fries. Those fries were ENORMOUS! It fed three kids and an adult and still had left overs. The nuggets were so moist and crisp and the burgers very well cooked!! We had ranch dipping sauce and some jalapeños ranch which was a little too salty in my opinion. The kids had strawberry sparkling lemonade and they loved it, the wonderful cashier Cal suggested a seasonal strawberry-chocolate shake, but I just order a chocolate one. Anyways it was a very pleasant experience at this location. I saw very friendly faces and awesome presentation on food. Definitely coming back!

This food was the Very Best food I have ever had in my life. Come to MUSE at 1500 S.Walton Blvd in Bentonville, Arkansas for The Very Best non-meat, Fresh and Delicious food I have Ever enjoyed. My potato bun was toasted and delicious. Covered with lettuce, pickles, onions, jalapenos, and tomatoes with ketchup, mustard, mayo. THE MOST Delicious Combo I have had my Whole Life. I’ve been to each Muse in Bentonville/Centerton and this location is one I probably won’t be coming back to.
The burgers taste the same as the other two, but that’s about it. Each time I’ve been the Cajun fries have been pretty mushy and had very little seasoning. Muse locations usually have outstanding sweet tea, but this one is pretty much unsweet.
Both of the times I’ve been here I’ve had to wait anywhere from 20-30 minutes in the drive-thru, with only one person in front of me. The workers have been either a hit or miss each time as well. I will say the last time I was there a lady was working and she was super sweet!

Megan was my cashier and server. She was so sweet, kind, and helpful! I’m a foreigner and she broke down the menu to me to a tea! The food was AMAZING! I thought it was a little expensive but the portions are huge! There is a drive through but I ate on the inside it was very clean! Only complaint would be that their “special” burger doesn’t come in a combo and the workers’ passion kind of showed through their volume. Other than that, 5 stars all around!

Came here at lunch time. It was dead. Came in. No menu. 1 employee , looked greasy.
Ordered. Waited. Waited.
Someone else came in and said they didn’t put cheese on their burger and they paid for it. The worker was extremely rude . Talked about how she was pregnant and stressed. ….but…the building was empty… not like she was over worked …
Our food sat in the window for 7 minutes. Once again. No one in the building except the other person complaining about cheese…and the worker was rude.
In total we waited about 30 min. Food was cold. She took forever to get our drinks ..after our 30 min wait …and fries were soggy.
Never. Again.

Kindly let the lady at the window know that the overpowering smell of fabulouso filled my car when I pulled my food into the window. It should smell more like food than a toxic cleaning product. Thankfully the food didn’t taste like fabulouso. I recommended to her they store the Togo containers in a different area or switch to a better cleaning product. But then I got my grilled chicken sandwich… I hope I can leave the picture bc it speaks for itself. Thinnest cut of chkn breast I ever paid that much for. I won’t go back.

So is it natural muse or muse and do u sell hot dogs or chicken or what? Every location is different and I am so angry I went out of my way and had to drive 15 minutes to another location because your other two locations have none. This is a horrible business model and also the breading on the nuggets today was completely different than Usual. Feeling more frustrated than satisfied at this point I drove extra paid way too much and waited 30 minutes for cold nuggets made weird and at least my burger was fresh and hot. I recommend some clarity on many things from this store. Years in more locations and for nothing I can’t even order the food I am used to at your original location

So thought it would be a good idea to stop here given the reviews were decent. Turned out it was NOT a good idea. They got our burger orders wrong (gave us singles when we ordered doubles), our sea salt fries were soggy (I know they are natural cut fries but I mean come on), and our Cajun fries barely had any Cajun seasoning on them. We noticed after we drove home and called them. Not a I’m so sorry let’s make this right…just a “if you want to come back up here and bring your order we can take a look”. I honestly get there is little they can do, and understand that they can’t give money back without your card in hand, but it was just the tone and attitude of the guy on the phone (he couldn’t be bothered with it). No customer service! Overall very disappointing experience from a place that charges almost $10 for a burger and $4 for fries. Our total order $66, half of it was wrong…and all of it was a disappointment! Just beware!!
