Our wedding cake was Amazing. Every last one of our guest complimented are cake and also tried each one and many had a hard time trying to decide which one was their favorite out of the three flavor profiles we did get. Phil was great to work w/he was very helpful w/the designing and flavor profiles. Even when I went back for a 2nd tasting The actual true size and final result once presented really took the “cake” compared to the tasting which was good since they are doing it to be cost efficient but to give you a pretty close to how the cake will taste once its completed. For the top tier and the groomsmen cake we opted for the marble cake w/ chocolate chip filling. (We could have got a bigger piece for the topper but since my husband isn’t a big sweet eater and we were using that for our anniversary celebratory cake we opted for the smaller one). The tier below that was a red velvet cake w/ cream cheese and a light thin layer of ganache. And then for the larger bottom tier which was my personal favorite was the almond raspberry swirl cake with raspberry mousse filling. The assistant that delivered the cake was very helpful and cautious as well. She made sure that it was properly set up and the lights were working before she left so there was no risk to compromise the intergrity of our beautiful cake. Thank you so much for helping make our day so memorable by all. I would highly recommend Muscoreils to everyone seeking a beautiful well tasting and presented cake.

We hired Muscoreili’s for our wedding in November and were thrilled with the results. The cake we asked for was on the non traditional side and they made it happen. We also requested they change their frosting to black cocoa to keep our teeth from staining with they obliged happily. We had a delicious black heart shaped chocolate cake with raspberry filling. I dream about that cake to this day. Valentine’s is coming up and I plan on stopping by for a special treat for my husband very soon.

I can not say enough about this bakery. Ever since my bridal shower when my MIL ordered the infamous white almond raspberry for me…..I was hooked. I have only used this bakery ever since and the consistency is so on point. EVERY CAKE IS OUT OF THIS WORLD. The girls at the counter are so nice and very polite. They have saved me countless times last minute with a dozen cupcakes for an event. Day of. Don’t hesitate to trust them with your events. Or even just to stop in and grab a cupcake.

I had heard many great things about this place so I tried it out for my father’s 75th birthday cake. From start to finish everything was 5 star. Carrie worked with me to help formulate the ultimate cake for him. It came out SO good! It looked awesome and was delicious as well! I cannot say enough good things. Five star. Service was very helpful. Large selection of all kinds of sweets…cake slices, cupcakes, pastries, cookies Etc I tried three different cupcakes, they were good but nothing to write home about, and a little bit dry, particularly the carrot cake one. The White cupcake with vanilla buttercream was the most disappointing, the buttercream was very bland with just a general sweetness like sugar added to butter. (Eileen’s bakery has delicious buttercream) The best one was the strawberry crunch cupcake, that one had the best flavor. The brownie was mediocre. The Italian cookies had a good flavor and were dry and hard. The cheese danish was pretty good but a little dry around the edges. Blueberry muffin was mediocre as well. The lemon meringue pie was very flavorful and really good, although the crust didn’t seem like scratch made crust, but if it was, I didn’t care for it. The best thing I had was the pastry heart, I would give that 5 stars! It was cooked perfectly, so flaky and soft, it wasn’t dried out at all, very soft in the inner layers, and had a really good icing on the top. I will definitely be ordering more of those! I review scratch made bakeries around Buffalo and I have yet to find one that is better than butter block, although frost artisan is really great as well..
