I order primarily through DoorDash, but so far I have ordered the BBQ Chicken Flatbread 8x, the MMG Signature Wrap 2x, No Sugar Cheesecake 3x, Santa Fe Wrap 2x, and Boneless Bites 1x.
The BBQ Chicken Flatbread, is my guilt-free guilty pleasure. I always order it before the gym for lunch and save 2 pieces for after…It is seriously SO good. The flatbread is always super crispy, the chunks of chicken are a nice size, the cheddar with BBQ sauce is such a delicious combo, and the quality of ingredients is great! Ordering the pasta today, so I’m very excited to try something new.
Update: The Cajun pasta is so yummy. Spicy and flavorful, with huge chunks of chicken, similar to their boneless chicken. Lots of protein and the whole wheat pasta is great.

Kale and quinoa salad was fresh and delicious. Good variety and no overpowering, sugary, oily dressings or sauces. Calorie counts on menu, excellent service. Outstanding spot for a quick, clean, macro friendly lunch or dinner in a no-nonsense quiet atmosphere. Will be back to try the smoothies.

I love this place. It’s a small business and I appreciate it so much. I see the vision. I like my food to be preservative free, nutrient dense and whole. I’m so thankful for the gluten free options and the sides make it so you can build your own meal. This place is great for people who track their macros and for people who have dietary restrictions as they have a little something for everyone. There are only a handful of restaurants/cafes I regularly eat around the city and now I can add this one too.

Wife and I stopped by for a healthy lunch today and really enjoyed everything. Sautéed spinach was the best I’ve had. I love the add grilled chicken to your plate for $2.99. Great price. Will be back.

Came for a quick takeout lunch and Muscle Maker Grill did not disappoint! Very delicious, fresh food & though the portions seemed like they could be a bit small, I was entirely full after my meal. Definitely would come again, less than $30 total for two people & high quality food!

This was our first time here and we tried the Cajun pasta and Teriyaki Chicken. Both were pretty decent. I say decent because if you are going to expect very tasty and unhealthy stuff in a place like Panda Express, that’s not going to happen. 4 stars because I need to try out other items on their menu – especially their wraps like the Rocky Balboa wrap. Looking forward to it!

Located right next to a 24 Hour Fitness, the food is perfect for someone on a diet but who also wants something delicious as well. You can tell they go the lengths in their ingredients to make things healthy and taste good too. It’s cool they have little barbells in the seats.
Service is also fast and prices are fair. I usually get the Rocky Balboa wrap or the Turkey Meatball Parmesan wrap.
