I come here pretty often, its quiet and clean and the service is quick. I always get the spicy tuna roll, and try a few different things. spicy scallop handroll was decent, the octopus was great. appetizers were ok. the peach sake was amazing but expensive.

It was a hopping place on Valentine’s Day but those chefs in the kitchen were cooking with a smile on their face. They had call in orders, walk in to go orders, reservations & walk ins waiting to be seated. They were very polite & professional. It was our first time here & we’ll definitely be back. Staff & food we’re both amazing, can’t say enough.

I absolutely loved the atmosphere of this place. It was smaller than I expected, but still a fantastic atmosphere even being packed. People don’t spent too long here because it was empty by the time we left, so that was cool.

When we hike the Indiana Dunes, we eat here. Food is delicious and well prepared. Last visit, we had sweet potato sushi, one of their special sushis, salad with ginger dressing (they make it in house). Just plain yummy every time

We tried this place again after 2 years. Sushi rolls are tiny. Each roll is less than 1″ diameter and 5″ long sliced into 6 thin pieces. I had 3 rolls and was starving after it. Almost no rice on any of the rolls. Cooked dinners were normal size and we should’ve had that instead. California rolls are just avocado and crab meat imitation rolled in seaweed. Strange.

Absolutely love Musashi. Wonderful staff and the food is incredible. Pad thai is light and flavorful and the best I’ve ever enjoyed. Other favorites are the hibachi filet, which is so tender, and the tuna tataki, a one of a kind entree buried in the menu by the sushi specials. Tonight tried the autumn lemon roll, which was fresh and spicy and a treat. There are large tables to accommodate your big group, but still cozy for two. Can’t say enough good things about this gem.

The sushi is very good. My wife was happy with the hibachi salmon. Service was fine–attentive and not intrusive. I only wish there were more beers on the menu. Better to stick with the sake.
