We live locally and pick up food here several times a month. One of our favorite spots. Excellent, authentic Indian food, $2 milk tea, and kind, friendly people. The lamb curry, goat curry, and yellow daal are our favorites— so good.

Stopped here for lunch. Had ordered bread omelette and aloo paratha. The paratha was slightly burnt from one side. Bread omelette was the tasty. It’s a food tray close parked opposite to a travel center.

worst chicken curry i’ve ever had. Chicken is all jagged bones that you have to gnaw the meat off of. and the sauce is watery and oily. not good at all. i ate as much as i could since it was over $40 but i had to throw half in the trash.

id say the way id fix it if it were me cooking would be to reduce the amount of oil by like 80%, let the sauce thicken up more at the end of cooking, and use boneless skinless chicken breast instead of chopped up whole chicken instead, and add just a touch of yoghurt or cream. spices were okay.

One of the best authentic Indian food anywhere in Virginia. Goat byrian is my favorite. Try their Chai and you will definitely have to go back for more. I-81 exit 205 don’t miss that exit for the best food in VA.

A great find. Drove here all the way from Richmond, and they didn’t disappoint. Aloo Paratha and Chai were nice!

Let them know your spice preference – the person at the counter did ask me if I liked spicy but was apprehensive looking at some of the reviews here. I wouldn’t expect the typical sit down restaurant vibe but that’s not what I drove here for.
