Always a good time! We go for bingo, the 1st Monday of the month. Fun atmosphere, neighborhood bar feel to it (it actually is a neighborhood bar, originally a speakeasy back in prohibition days).

This place was fun. It’s unassuming from the outside, which I guess is the point. It was a real speakeasy back in the day which is so fascinating. The owner is very nice. They have a few small bites, like a bar pie. It was quiet when we were there which was nice for grabbing a drink and relaxing for a minute, but the owner mentioned it can get busy later on weekend nights.

Nice little Hideaway in the lower floor or basement of what might look like a house on a residential block. Place has a nice cool vibe to it and the people seemed very friendly that I encountered. Drink prices or at least mixed drinks were moderately priced (not a good deal at $11 per drink) but a good place to wind down the night. They had a internet jukebox which is always cool…even if the music is not always to your liking (it’s not always about you LOL) we arrived an hour before closing and will visit during earlier hours to check the place out. Regardless glad that I did go to Murphy’s and will definitely check it out again.
