Driving home to Wisconsin from Clarinda Iowa and we had to stop in riverside because one of the guys in our group is a nerd so after the Star Trek museum we stopped here to eat. Cute little place. Had a couple of locals in there. We ordered our food and the helpings are very generous. I think 4 of the 5 of us took food home with them. My husband got the Ruben and he said it was one of the best he’s had. Great place to eat. They said they just reopened. So glad we didn’t try earlier.

Stopped in after the lunch crowd. Food is good, quiet atmosphere. Looked like they could use some extra help. Little dissappointed that the soup of the day is chili…..I would still recommend stopping in for a bite.

First time coming in and last time. The server paid more time to friends at the bar. Had to ask for refills and go get our own. Ordered the $14 combo appetizer basket and did not even receive everything that came with it. I had to go back to the bar to tell the server, there was also 2 bartenders up there, and the server tried to tell me I was incorrect until we pulled the menu out and I showed her. We had to tell her we wanted the appetizer before our main food after not receiving it for a long time only to get it cold. When we finally did get the rest of the appetizers they were burnt. The mac n cheese was extremely mushy and buying a frozen one from the store would have tasted better and been cheaper. We also had to go up and look for to go boxes on our own for the salad my mother got after multiple times trying to flag the server down only for her to turn her back and lean over the bar top talking with the same people the entire time who were just drinking. The salad was the only part that looked good. Mostly the food seemed to be overpriced and the service was horrible. Would not recommend.
