I patronize The McDonald’s in Troy, Alabama, yesterday around 4:30 PM, it was chaotic, not because it was busy, but because there was visibly, no management available. Crew members were all over the place, one was running behind some boy. Literally chasing him. That was a manager. I finally figured out her name was Mary. By the young lady that was gonna take my order calling her to turn on her register because she didn’t know how to Mary was very adamant and didn’t move finally came over and mashed the button and took off.
The young lady was telling her that she needed to take my and my daughter’s order. Mary did not care a while. Another young lady came from the drive through and took my order on the first registrr and told the little girl. Don’t worry about it the girl (Mckenzie) she was not in the best mood and I wouldn’t have been either as an employee because when you ask for help you expect to get it. I worked at many restaurants even McDonald’s for long period I’m currently a restaurant manager now I cannot understand the audacity of someone being in management and acting like a total child. It makes no sense, my daughter and I had already stood there about 7 minutes waiting also wanted to take out order no offense to the little girl that was at front counter she didn’t know how to turn the regiatee on, but Mary did not give Any care that we were standing there? Anyway, we finally got our order taken by the young lady from the drive through to fishfilet Combo’s cook to order food was good. No problem, , but I think there needs to be somebody else in charges in of those kids in the evening time. Besides Mary, she clearly had no control over then. They clearly did not listen. To her and she clearly escalated all problems from the 430 to 5 o’clock. We waited for our food received it from another y’all lady that was extremely pleasant. I asked her if I could get some tartar sauce, she said yes, no problem was she what she gave was the tartar sauce? We got ready to walk off, Mary says she needs to pay for the tarter sauce, little girl walked over there. I asked her, how much was the tartar sauce? She said, 32 cents, I said, okay, I have some change, she told me no, ma’am, y’all have been through so much. Don’t worry about those 32 cents, I said, thank you, and we left My daughter and I always go to McDonald’s.We normally frequently drive through.My daughter wanted to sit on eat , which is fine but it won’t be between four thirty and five o’clock ever again

It pains me to leave a review like this, but the McDonald’s and Enterprise on Boll Weevil Circle is the most incompetent business I have ever been to they have no concept I wanna drive through. It’s supposed to be. I can go in there and order a tea and two cheeseburgers but just mayonnaise. I get to the window and I’m gonna have to pull over and wait for my food why it’s two cheeseburgers seriously it’s not a one time thing is every single time. I don’t understand how anyone can be so incompetent as I said, they have no Idea what a drive through It’s supposed to be If I wanted to pull off to the side, I would order on the app and do so or I would go inside the restaurant myself. I love the food, but somethings got to be done about the drive-through.

When you are traveling through south Alabama and north Florida panhandle, have no fear stopping by McDonald’s because your experience will bring you back every time. The chance the McDonald’s your stopping by belongs to Murphy Family Restaurants is GREAT.. If you see this STOP great staff, food is fresh, plenty of parking and CLEAN!!!

I ordered two number 7 and two of the burgers had no meat on them. Called the store and was told to bring receipt and the food and they would replace it. I live twelve miles from them and storming out. That is unsatisfactory customer services will never go there again.

What a joke this company is. With dozens of “restaurants” scattered across the area, you’d think they would have figured out how to make this work by now. Absolute slop that is nowhere close to being worth the high price. We have taken to driving almost an hour down to Florida when my wife needs her McDonald’s fix.

I am a regular customer at mcdonalds. I just witnessed an employee smoke two cigarettes, go refill her drink cup, then head directly back to the service area without washing her hands. Would upper management please stress to each location the nastiness of this please!!!! Immediately make it a priority as this disgusted me. She may have washed her hands after entering the back service areas, but i know people are not washing their hands after smoking and this is just nasty.

DOTHAN STORE AT 1081 ROSS CLARK CIRCLE (NEAR SOUTHEAST HEALTH HOSPITAL) – HORRIBLE SERVICE! AND RUDE EMPLOYEES. TOLD TO PULL ASIDE TO WAIT ON FOOD – WE ONLY ORDERED 1 QUARTER POUNDER AND 1 BIG MAC. WAITED OVER 10 MINUTES AND FINALLY WENT INSIDE. WAS TOLD WE DON’T HAVE TIME TO TALK TO YOU. FINALLY GOT A PERSON TO TALK AND REQUESTED A REFUND. SHE SAID WAIT AND WENT TO THE BANK – AFTER ABOUT 10 MINUTES SHE BROUGHT ME A BAG AND SAID HERE’S YOUR ORDER. I TOLD HER I DID NOT WANT IT AND REQUESTED A REFUND. SHE SAID JUST TAKE YOUR FOOD AND GO. I TOOK IT AND THREW $20.03 WORTH OF FOOD IN THE TRASH – NO WAY I WAS EATING FOOD WHEN I HAD TO MAKE A COMPLAINT. IT WAS PROBABLY SPIT ON.

Today, I went to McDonald’s at 2101 Ross Clark Circle, Dothan, AL. I placed my order at 12:40 made it to the window and paid within a couple of minutes, got to the pickup window and the young man was clueless as to what I had ordered and sent me to the 2nd pickup window. No Problem! After waiting 25 minutes from time of placing the order, I called the location and requested my money back, no they would prepare my order and get it to me. I didn’t get my order until 1:14. Then to top it off the fries were COLD!!

I go to the McDonald’s at 1081 Ross Clark Cir. every morning M-F and I also get McDonald’s for dinner at. I understand it’s been hard to get good employees because of the covid outbreak but the service has been good until the last couple months. My orders are mixed up or completely wrong all together. When you order unsweetened tea, receive it in the unsweet tea cups but it’s sweet. That’s not good for my wife whom is diabetic. This morning we ordered 2 bacon, egg and cheese muffins. The person taking the order put it on the screen wrong. After it was corrected we pulled to the window. We were given 2 sausage biscuits. When given another bag it had 2 what was marked as bacon,egg and cheese mcmuffins we left. Get home and guess what ? 1 was an egg mcmuffin. I’ve had enough. Today was my last order from any McDonald’s in this area. Too many other places to get food from.

Today my husband and I was in Montgomery decided to eat at McDonald’s, that was the worst food I think we had ever eaten!! He had a quarter pounder and i had a fish sandwich, the buns on both sandwiches where flattened so bad that the cheese was thicker than the buns!!!
Definitely made us think twice about going back,
The taste of the food was really bad also, maybe because no bread????
