Imagine sitting on a covered patio. It’s sunset and there’s a cool springtime breeze,
THEN add ice cream. Life doesn’t get better than this! Murfreesboro Creamery’s ice cream is the best I’ve found. While sitting on the patio, the manager wandered over and chatted with us for several minutes. He explained how he makes the ice cream and the fact he uses only the best ingredients. Let me tell you, it shows! Creamy, great choice of flavors, and free samples. They’re always adding new flavors. Of course, they make sure to have the old fashioned originals. Tonight,
I had the chocolate with raspberry. The chocolate was so rich, it was almost black. It was soooooo good. My son loved the Superman ice cream. It’s reminiscent of a fruity, creamy ice cream I enjoyed as a teenager. If the visual eye candy of choices of ice cream wasn’t enough, wait until to get a whiff of the fresh made waffle cones. We could smell them as soon as we got out of the car. Southern hospitality is honored and served up here! When you walk in, you’re greeted immediately. From that point on, you feel like you have been here a hundred times.

What a place!! Everything is homemade; multiple flavors of ice cream, popcorn, every sweet you can think of + coffee, bagels, bread & more. Owner & staff are friendly, excellent service. Murfreesboro is lucky to have this gem.

I really hate to say this because I really love small businesses, but this was not very good ice cream to me. The vanilla ice cream wasn’t very sweet nor creamy. I bought 3 things and it was almost $24. I wish nothing but the best for this business, and I hope they get better and get more business.
